The main living floor features a comfortable seating area with premium sofas, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, cookware, utensils, and a breakfast bar. The spacious dining room table is perfect for indoor meals, while the large deck, furnished with a dining table and rocking chairs, invites you to enjoy al fresco.

The primary bedroom offers a serene and calming vibe, complete with gorgeous blue hues, a personal balcony, and a chic ensuite bathroom featuring two vanities and a walk-in shower. You will love the tropical vibes that every room exudes, not to mention the ample storage space and TV in each one. The four King-sized bedrooms come with their own ensuite bathrooms, while the sixth bedroom is perfect with two bunk beds and a lovely ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combo. Siesta Key Beach for Large Group

Awesome High Tides house is perfect for a large group of family and friends. Beautiful decks around the entire house (including rooftop) with very nice pool, hot tub, and slide. Only a block away from amazing Sesta Key beach. Highly recommend this place.

Fun for all ages

Spent a week at this beautiful house. It was perfect for us as all the adults/couples had their own king size bed and en-suite bathroom and all five kids ages 3 to 7 were in the bunk room. It is a truly great set up and EVERYONE was in the pool/hot tub for hours every day! Couldn’t have asked for a better house for our time together!! Highly recommend.

Beautiful home, great location, perfect for large groups

We love our time at this place. The house was beautiful and so large with ample amount of space to hang out in. Everything was clean and very well kept. The hot tub was cold at first but we figured that out. Also the communication with the property managers was really easy. Overall we loved the house and location. Perfect walking distance to the beach and then also to all the restaurants and everything to do in siesta key.

Great house great location dirty

Cleanliness was questionable upon our arrival. I replied to a received letter email and listed the most disturbing fractions; never heard back by whoever sent it. Love the house, the location and Siesta Key. The house appeared to have been cleaned long before our arrival ( days even weeks?) this looked unsanitary. Thank you Debbie Brown

Great Stay in SK

Our family had a fantastic week staying in this beautiful home! We will be back. The only 2 complaints are the couches are stained and look dirty. We were told the people in the house the week before really did a number on the couches and they steamed cleaned them before us checking in. We appreciated that. Also there were 2 holes in the walls behind door in master bedroom with blood splatters. So unfortunate how people treat these beautiful homes!! Like I said we will be back and no fault to the property management or owners. Thank you for a wonderful week!!

Wonderful!

Incredible location, walking distance to the village and beach! We loved the pool, slide and hot tub! It was a great set up for our group which was 4 families. Great big kitchen and porches. We had a few minor maintenance issues-one washer/dryer out for the week. The grill and elevator had issues, but the maintenance team came the same day to fix. Those concerns did not ruin our week. We had the BEST time!!!

Incredible stay!

This fit our family’s needs perfectly. There was enough space for 13 of us ranging in age from 2-75 to have the togetherness and separation we needed. The location is perfect. The pool, slide and hot tub were the main attractions.

House is as advertised! Pictures Accurate! Walk to the beach in 5 mins (one small block from beach)! Walk to downtown Siesta Key in 5 mins (one small block)! In the middle of everything but we’ll designed house to make you think you are not in the middle of everything! Best pool on VRBO we have been at yet…. All pool controls at your finger tips including pool heat vs bugging property manager - thank god! All properties should be like this! A++++ we will be back!
