Step outside and you are within a level walk of the lovely individual shops, restaurants, pubs and the beach with its long esplanade. The apartment is newly refurbished to a very high standard with luxury furnishings throughout. Much care and thought has been given in making this a superb holiday apartment to stay in at any time of the year.
The apartment has one assigned parking space and the building is accessible via three flights of stairs from the entrance door. The inner door leads into the apartment where you have a large sitting room with seating for four guests and views out to sea and over Lyme Bay. There is a fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances and a dining area with seating for four guests. The fully equipped luxury kitchen has high quality appliances. The twin bedroom has the perfect people-watching aspect to the street below and market square. Stairs lead up to a hallway, a door opens to a double bedroom. It has a double bed with sumptuous cotton bedding. There is a fully tiled bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, basin and WC. Also off the hall way is the bathroom, which has a basin and WC and a bathtub with a hand-held shower over.

DIRECTIONS: From the A3052 Exeter to Lyme Regis road turn off at Sidford towards Sidmouth. Proceed down the High Street and turn right opposite Fat Face into the market square. Turn left when the road forks at Fields department store. The entrance to the property is between Ice Cream Paradise The Prospect Place on the left hand side with an entrance door marked 'Bath House' the entry code is 1306#. Go up the stairs to the top floor, The Lookout is the green door the key safe is next to the door. You can unload just outside the property. When you have finished unloading please drive out onto the seafront and turn left. Drive along the seafront turn left before the life boat, drive past the swimming pool continue past The Swan pub the Mill Street carpark is the larger car park on your right, park in the reserved space '21'. (The bollard Key is with the apartment key in the keysafe)
KEY: Bath House key pad: 1306#. Key safe code for flat located at the flat door: 1306
PARKING: Space '21' is reserved on the Mill Street car park. The bollar key is in the key safe. Drive out onto the seafront from the flat and turn left. Drive along the seafront turn left before the life boat, drive past the swimming pool continue past The Swan pub the Mill Street carpark is the larger car park on your right, park in the reserved space '21'. If you are bringing two cars there is also a long stay car park at Manor Road car park, just along the seafront towards Connaught Gardens. A weekly ticket is £25 from the machine.
To lower the bollard, unlock it and then make a quarter turn anti-clockwise. Please note that once the bollard is below ground, it has to be twisted a quarter turn clockwise to prevent it from springing back up.

LINEN: Bed linen towels are included. For holidays of two weeks or more fresh linen towels can be provided. Please let us know before the start of your holiday if this is required. We ask you to strip the beds you are using and leave the linen by the front door, the clean linen will be delivered for you on the change over day.
CLEANING: On departure, please ensure the property is left clean and tidy as found. In the unlikely event that we are notified by the owner or caretaker that a property has not been left in a satisfactory condition, please be aware that an extra charge will be made as set out in our Terms and Conditions. Please accept our thanks for your co-operation in this matter.
WHAT TO DO WITH YOUR REFUSE: Please place all refuse (including recycling food waste) in the commercial bins in the alley way to the left of The Prospect Plaice.
BREAKAGES: Please report any breakages or repairs needed before the end of the holiday.
