Julie est-elle dans un bel écrin de nature par contre salle de sport très moyen aucune serviette dans la salle de sport ils ont oublié de récupérer mes bagages dans ma chambre le matin pourtant on avait informé trois fois le personnel pas génial au bord de la piscine le service laisse trop longtemps les repas des clients qui était là avant nous. Je pense qu’il va vraiment améliorer remarque du personnel au petit déjeuner. qui trouvait que je commande est trop. extrêmement désagréable. Et pourtant nous sommes pas des gros mangeur au petit déjeuner.

Hotel récent parfaitement intégré dans le merveilleux paysage de la vallée de Sidemen Calme et authenticité, superbes vues sur les rizières avec le Mont AGUNG en toile de fond. Services et restauration de qualité avec comme toujours à BALI une extrême gentillesse du personnel. Chambres très spacieuses avec de superbes vues sur la vallée. Possibilité de cours de cuisine avec le chef avec découverte matinale du marché. Une excellente adresse pour ceux qui veulent découvrir le BALI authentique avec les prestations d' un 5 etoiles

Cocon douillet au cœur des rizières
accueil personnalisé à notre arrivée (en français merci Budi !) lettre d'accueil également personnalisee dans notre chambre expliquant qu'une soirée privée a lieu le soir même mais que tout est fait pour que nous ne soyons pas dérangés. Chambre superbe, très propre, au calme, avec terrasse privative et vue sur les rizières. Nous avons pu concilier effort et réconfort (Promenade au village à pied à la fabrique d'ikat, randonnée dans les rizières et repos au bord de la piscine) avions le choix de manger dans les warung situés à proximité ou dans l'excellent restaurant de l'hôtel. Nous remercions toute l'équipe pour sa gentillesse et la qualité de son service tous étaient très impliqués.

Tout était parfait!! - Le cadre vert, respectueux de la nature... - Le personnel aux petits soins, souriant ... - Les activités comprises dans le prix qui permettent de découvrir là régions et les coutumes locales - la chambre avec piscine privée : parfaite !! Magnifique, décorée avec goût, spacieuse, une douche et une baignoire merveilleuses, la vu sur l’extérieur omniprésente ... Seul micro bémol : le restaurant est plus cher qu’ailleurs pour des saveurs pas forcément meilleures... mais attention c’est quand même bon !!

Loved our stay at Wapa, especially the staff and natural location! We stayed a week and will definitely return in the next few years. Our favorite hotel in Bali. Thanks to the staff - Wirta, Hardi, Sri, Ayu, Win and many others. They made us feel like we were with family in a beautiful location.

A beautifully located hotel with exceptional staff
We had a wonderful stay at Wapa from start to finish. We stayed as part of our honeymoon and could not have asked for a more romantic or beautiful setting. We had a Di Ume suite which was lovely, a great big bed and bathroom with excellent views. The room was clean and so peaceful. The grounds themselves were okay kept- some missing tiles in the pool and moss on the loungers. Lots of little bugs/insects around but that’s to be expected in such a green setting. The restaurant attached to the hotel had excellent food with a wide range of choices, a great happy hour and stunning views. The was also several local restaurants a short walk from the hotel that were wonderful. Plenty of local choices. The hotel also provides free afternoon tea with snacks everyday which was a great touch. We did a cooking class, te class was excellent and they were both so informative. We were the only two people doing the class, so we got a private cooking class essentially. We could not have asked for a more unique setting, outside and by the river. There was a morning trek through the padi fields provided by the hotel for free was lovely and gave us some interesting information about local farming. The cultural experience of making Balinese religious offerings was really special! We also booked a tour through the hotel using their driver which was excellent!! The staff in general were exceptionally friendly, attentive and accommodating- they really made our stay.

The views were spectacular. we especially enjoyed the wild birds on the property. We could hear a river rushing below us. The infinity pools were beautiful. The staff was exceptionally warm and hospitable.

Wapa di Ume tuntui kuin keitaalta heti ensimmäisestä hetkestä alkaen. Todella kaunis paikka rauhallisella alueella Balin itäisellä puolella, palvelu odotukset ylittävää, ruoka ja drinkit maistuvia. Vietimme kohteesta kaksi yötä häämatkamme aikana ja menemme varmasti takaisin pidemmäksi aikaa jos/kun palaamme Balille. :)

The place was a little run-down and the curtain in the bathroom was broken; however the bed was really comfortable. I only ordered room service once and it was okay. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The walls are very thin so I could hear others conversations, chairs moving amongst other unpleasant noises if you get my drift. Overall, I expected more for the price I paid. Perhaps I might book one of the villas if I decide to stay here again.

It was just beautiful and amazing! Very friendly staff and everyone is so helpful. Please do the spa massage as you’ll see the spectacular views. Only thing is there is no money exchange in the village, so please do it in big city, or airport before you head to the resort. And don’t forget your insects repellent.

I love how peaceful this property is surrounded by rice terraces and river. The property is roughly 3-4 years old but by the pool we can see that it could use some revamping on the wall paint. I went there as a couple and our room being put right below a room filled with more than 3 adults and couple of children was really the only downside that we had. They made so much noise moving furnitures and children screaming. However overall the hotel is nice.

Amazing stay
The resort is superb! Even better than the pictures, the location is amazing and the facilities beautifully embracing the nature around. We opted for a regular room (not the one that comes with an own pool) and it was gorgeous, super clean, beautifully decorated, a large balcony and the bathroom with a bathtub overlooking the valley through an almost full glass wall. The food we had was delicious and we also ate outside the resort at the local restaurants around, extremely good (much cheaper too) if you want to explore the surrounding. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive too. All in all, a great hotel, great value for money, would definitely recommend.

This hotel absolutely blew me away and it’s the nicest hotel pool I’ve ever had the pleasure of relaxing in. High recommended if you’re in the Sideman area.

Mainly wonderful. Relaxing rather than party place
A beautiful location and relatively well-appointed rooms. The free tours they offer are absolutely worth getting involved in to see the local area, and even just heading out into the town/village opens up some nice opportunities. The food in the restaurant was excellent and well-priced (particularly if you can get 15% discount through Hotels.com) The staff, once you engaged them, were generally very helpful, but I'd have to say that this is the one area where the place could up its game a little: There's never anyone around the pool and the phone system doesn't work well, the service in the restaurant was on the slow side, and again, always a bit tricky to catch their attention. The staff was all perfectly nice and competent, but for a place positioning itself as a 5* resort these are the little things missing. The walls/ceilings/floors in the rooms are pretty thin, so if you are unlucky enough to be next to the kid from the exorcist, then you'll need some ear plugs (or holy water). Thankfully the staff managed to find some in the village....ear plugs, not holy water. They should also make more of the yoga barn - it's an absolutely amazing venue, but they only have yoga three times a week, and not at the weekend. Special commendation to whoever is in charge of the gardens - the whole place looks fantastic and has a rich and varied collection. Finally, if you get a driver from the airport, ask for Yudi - he's an absolute character! Overall, a great place to chill out.
