« My laptop was stolen by a member of staff. I entrusted my carryon bag to the hotel staff for a 2 hour period and on my return found my laptop missing from the bag. Management said they reviewed the CCTV footage for the 2 hour period and the staff member was the only person entering the room - so that person should be held accountable. I got no compensation and was told to contact the police as my only remedy. In my view, the hotel is not guest friendly. »

« Shower was hot and great pressure. Bed was comfortable but pillows basic. £6 for parking. All staff kerbed were great. »
