Le sejour c’est tres bien passer
Le gérant eamonn est tres gentil quand tu besoin de lui il repond très rapidement. Il te laisse tranquille ne viens pas te deranger dans la villa et sa c’est top la villa est tres propre . L’endroit est calme . Le seul probleme que j’ai pu relever est que une maison en construction est bientot finit et elle est limite colle a la villa du coup la prochaine fois qu’on y mettrai les pieds il y aurai du vis a vis dans le jardin et pour ce baigner quand on est voile c’est pas pratique si non nous avons tous apprécié merci

Passer un agréable séjour dans cette villa rien ne manque
Villa spacieux avec tous ce que vous avez besoin belle piscine privée ai calme aucune nuisance le gérant Eamon était au top malgré la barrière de la langue toujours là quand il fallait règle un problème climatisation règle frigo TV règle dans la journée ce qui n'est pas le cas d'autre hôte qui sont là que pour encaisser l'argent . Mes enfants ont bien apprécié la piscine et le parc The Land of legand que l'on peut voir de la terrasse a quelques minutes en voiture bref qualité prix imbattables je recommande vivement j'aurai voulu séjourner plus longtemps mais dommage plus dispo. La seul chose qu'il faudrait que le propriétaire fasse est un grand nettoyage complet et changer la vaisselle mais cela ne diminue pas la qualité de la villa. J'espère revenir chez vous à bientôt merci encore à Eamon et paul

Preis Leistung in Ordnung
Alles in allem war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Besitzer waren super freundlich. Wir wurden am späten Abend sehr freundlich empfangen. Bis auf ein paar Stromausfälle (welche teilweise die ganze Straße betroffen hat) kann man sich nicht beschweren. Essen kann man bestellen. Fahrzeug wäre von Vorteil. Ansonsten mit einem 15-20 min Fußweg zur Bushaltestelle oder eben ein Taxi. Für Leute die nicht auf jedes Detail achten und nur ein paar Tage Ruhe haben wollen lohnt es sich auf jeden Fall.

Geweldige verblijf
Wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad in het huisje, alles was schoon en netjes gastvrijheid van Eamonn was goed we konden hem alles vragen en hij stond gelijk voor je klaar. De omgeving was perfect we konden met de auto overal heen en vele mooie plekken gezien. Voor ons was het een dikke aanrader👌

Wir waren sehr zufrieden !!
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt,in der Villa und konnten uns auch sehr gut erholen.Die Lage ist sehr ruhig.Sowohl der Inhaber, Gavin als auch Eamonn waren super freundlich und nett.Sehr Empfehlenswert 👌👍

What a superb villa
The villa was amazing, but was november an the pool was so cold an we both love swimming an could not go in the pool all week such a shame as looked so inviting, i did try half way an took my breath away, apart from that was lovely was a little out of the way but we got taxi everywhere, the property was imacculate an the property management were very good

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut
Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen jedoch ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Warmwassereinstellung zum Duschen kann verbessert werden. Die beiden Manager Eamonn und Paul sind super nett und helfen auch bei Anderem z. B. wenn man einen ortskundigen Fahrer oder Arzt braucht. Auch der Manager von Star Site Alibey ist ein sehr angenehmer und hilfsbereiter Gesprächspartner, der einem auch zur Seite steht. Nicht zu vergessen auch der Hausbesitzer Gavin steht jederzeit, geduldig bereit für Fragen im Vorfeld. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche Urlaub und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Lovely private villa
The villa is lovely and private. Only problem was that the description stated minutes from all amenities but it was a 40mins walk to the town and 20 to supermarket. However the bars and restaurants would pick you up and take you home. Eamon and Paul were brilliant and you could call them anytime for help Eamon even took us to the airport

It's great that the bars/restaurants helped you with transport, they really do look after everyone so well. Very enjoyable stay
Nice property with a very lovely pool. The property is as you see it, not luxurious but as reflected on its rental price. Paul & Eamonn also very helpful and friendly. Gavin, the owner was very helpful too, was always ready to help and answer questions via messages. AC wasn’t working too well and overall cleanliness could’ve been better. Would recommend renting a car as its quite hot to walk anywhere in the daytime and to avoid being scammed by taxis.

Lovely little villa
We arrived very late for our stay in early August and as arranged the outside lights were left on and the keys were left out for us. The cleaners that are used don't do too good a job but it didn't bother us as since covid19 we disinfect everything again anyway. Nice little villa with lots of amenities, great pool with plenty of space for the six of us. Only 30 minutes from the airport and not too far from local shops which has all you need for your stay. You do need to get a taxi into either the beach, Belek or Kadriye which is closest unless you fancy a 30min walk, but cabs are cheap, 30TY to Kadriye max, but they will try to charge you more to get back. We took the number of a local cab & just rang him when we needed a ride. We enjoyed our stay very much but the villa does need a bit of updating, we were told in advance about paying for the electric, and were also advised about the holiday tax and the need to register with the local police but this was done by the property manager Paul and Eamonn who were great, although it would have been nice if they had told us in advance or even gave us a knock when they came to read the meter at the end of our stay and turned the electric off, If we had known we would have made sure that we were all showered and the villa was left tidier before the power went off, instead of finding out 2 hours later that it wasn't a fault & it would not be coming on again. Just a couple of niggles, 1. there is a problem with ants inside and out, we had to put powder down every day, 2. Outside is very slippery when wet, i myself took a tumble so we had to wear swimshoes most of the time. 3. the local dogs can get very noisy at night but are very friendly, the kids loved them. On the whole we had a great holiday, Gavin the owner was very friendly,he answered any queries before and after we booked very quickly and Paul and Eamonn were there to help once we arrived. The villa is not 5 star but we didn't expect it to be and we certainly didn't pay 5 star money for it. I think the villa is exactly as described, and was even better than we were expecting. Not happy
The Villa was not clean and the AC was not working properly and the neighbours are really noisy.We stayed as a group and paid an extra night which was not refunded as we arrived a day late.Overall the managment was quick to respond but the Images are not what the real place looks like.I would not reccomend with many better places to stay at.Also we were told about a registry and electric bill at the end of the stay which was not agreed at the begining....many places seem to be doing this trick and others so please stick to well known Villa providers in the future

I would like to confirm that electric payment is clear in our advert, this is most certainly not a trick. Mr Mobark will opt be invited to stay in our house again due to a major disturbance where the local police were called and we had damage to our property which has now been resolved. I charged Mr Mobick 50% of his damage deposit and In hindsight should have charged 100%. Yet I feel his review was never going to be positive which is a real shame.

Nice villa with pool
We stayed in this 3 bedroom villa near kadriye, 30min away from Antalya airport. Nice villa with pool and BBQ area but it needs maintenance throughout the villa. It wasn't cleaned properly as there was a lot of dust on the ceiling fan in the 4bedroom luckily we didn't have to use that room as there were only 3 of us. Lots of cobwebs everywhere. AC wasn't working very well. Property manager both Paul and Eamonn were great even communication with the owner was great. I have mentioned all the issues to all of them as well. The kitchen has been recently been updated. But the rest of the house definitely needs to be updated.
