Otel gerçekten çok güzel, yemekler inanılmaz güzel ve kaliteli, mutfak ekibini tebrik etmek lazım. Ama yılbaşı yoğunluğuna oranla çalışan sayısı çok az kalmış, servis yavaş ve aksaklık çok. çoğu yemeği içeceğimiz gelemeden yemek zorunda kaldık.

( Из Бали). Rezeption ist Perfekt , показали лично комнату для инвалидов. Очень достойная. Поручни по обеим сторонам , спуск в бассей с поручнями по обеим сторонам, что очень важно для инвалидов. 1) we got the room late. 2) when we asked for late checkout for two hours they refused. We needed one room out of twelve for two extra hours and they refused. 3) no activities and engagement at the pool. 4) they advertised that there are six restaurants in this all inclusive resort. We found out that we have to pay 25 euros per person to go to them and that only one restaurant was available. They deceived us. 5) rooms are outdated. No usb or international outlets. 6) many of the games at the arcade were broken or not working. Bowling was out of order. 7) staff did not speak English and did not understand basic requests.

You were given your booked room on time, but you didn't like it. Our colleagues offered you a room from which the guests left in the evening, so you agreed to wait until the evening, however, you were not waiting for your a room in the Lobby, but in the room that was originally provided to you.2. As for the extension of the room on the day of departure. You were informed that the hotel was full, but despite this, you were offered one of your rooms, which our colleagues agreed to extend you for 2 hours. You have been informed that you have an open bill - our colleagues are working in accordance with the prescribed instructions, so they tried to help you in accordance with the regulations.3. Among the pool activities there is water gym. And at our facility, soft animation is presented, about which there is information in all open sources.4. The same goes for A’la Carte restaurants. All open sources provide information that all A’la Carte restaurants charge an additional fee for the service, the Teppanyaki restaurant charges for the menu. All 6 restaurants are open at the moment (there is a weekly program, 3 A’la Carte restaurants are open every day).5. and 6. With regards to the game center, your comments have been passed on to higher management.7. Our staff is fluent in foreign languages. Of course, someone understands English better, someone worse. Summer vacation
We went in July for a 3 days vacation with husband and a one year old infant , food was generous drinks were plenty as well , it was all inclusive with a lot of food and drink options … pool buffet was amazing with all of that summer vibes …. The only think was weather which was humid and hot and the air conditioning was a bit weak and did not accommodate all that heat and humidity …. We were sweating inside the property .. otherwise I’d give it 8.5

Nice hotel with really large territory and great golf course with a free shuttle every 30 minutes. Food is typical for a good all-inclusive hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. The only issue we observed was soundproofing - we could hear everything our neighbours did and discussed.

Ailece keyifli denebilecek bir tatil geçirdik. Otelin oldukça büyük bir ana binası var. Hizmet kalitesi ve yemekleri kaliteli. Kapalı havuz ve spa yeterli seviyede. Memnun kalmadığımız kısımları: otel labirent gibi odamıza ulaşmak için en az 15 dk yürümek ve kaybolmamak gerekiyor. Kış konseptinde sahil veya havuz yakınında bir bar yok. Sahil çok uzak. Ana binadan içeceğinizi alıp 15 dk kadar yürümeniz gerekiyor ve ulaştığınız yerde bir tabure bile yok. Mini kulübü kapalı idi, club u geçtim bir salıncak bile yoktu. Çocuk parkı kilitliydi! ve çocukları oyalamak için çok zorlandık. En sonunda oğlum “baba neden böyle bir otel seçtin yapabileceğimiz hiçbirşey yok” diyerek ağladı. Otelin restaurant ve barları tamamen kapalı alan, açık alanda oturamıyorsunuz, kahvenizin yanında bir sigara içmek isterseniz otopark tarafına çıkıp takılabilirsiniz. Tatilim için kötü diyemem ama iyi mi? Değil. Yaz sezonunda daha iyi olabilir.

Hotellet hade varit stängt 25 dagar och öppnat samma dag vi checkade in så mycket var sent och segt. Restaurangen var inte öppen, vi fick äta på en annan restaurang. Ingen bastu var varm, en fungerande pool som var iskall, ingen kunde bada... Lite av allt var inte Cornelia Diamond, tråkigt nog att förlora en av två dagar.

Первый раз я был в этом отеле 10 лет назад, когда он только открылся. И вот спустя 10 лет вернулся. Конечно, отель немного подустал. В мини-баре подубавилось напитков. Закрыты были некоторые Рестораны по системе а-ля карт. Но вцелом все хорошо, 9 из 10. Могу рекомендовать. А отелю могу рекомендовать снизить немного цены.

Very pleasant vacation
This hotel is just really wow. Great service, very clean and the food was amazing. I've stayed in other 5* hotels in Turkey, also Belek, and this one was a real difference. Service people are really helpful and very very handy. They speak or try to speak English/German/Russian/Spanish etc. I will definitely try to come back for another vacation.

올 인쿠루시브 호텔이지만 아침 점심 저녁 제공이 모두라고 할 수 있다. 기타 부대시설은 정말 필요없는 돈을 받고 대여하고 있고 짝퉁 물건을 파는 쇼핑몰은 어이가 없었다. 수영이외의 다른 오락 프로그램이 활성화 되기를 바란다. 오락실도 놀기에는 시설이 턱없이 부족하고 가격도 비싸다 차라리 가격을 내리고 시설을 더 보충해야 하지 않을까한다. 없는 시설에 무료한 직원들이 앉아있는 모습 정말 황당하다. 오락시설에도 투자하시고 관리하시고 박리다매해 보세요. 장사보다는 활성화가 급선무.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien in diesem Hotel. Der Grossteil des Personals war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Teilweise war es aber auch ab und an schwierig eine Bestellung aufzugeben, was aber sicher der Grösse des Hotels zu schulden ist. Das Zimmer war top, die Sauberkeit herausragend. Das Essen war sehr gut, vor allem in den a la carte Restaurants. Das Hotel hat 3 wunderschöne Golfplätze, welche in dieser Jahreszeit nur wenig bespielt sind. HCP 54 ok. Das Unterhaltungsprogramm war sehr stilvoll. Und es gibt einen schönen Strand. Für uns gab es nur ein Manko, in der letzten Juniwoche sind extrem viele Familien mit Kleinkindern angereist. Das permanente Schreien und Weinen war anstrengend. Wir lieben Kinder, aber es war teilweise zu viel. Die erste Urlaubswoche war top.
