Room and facilities though has signs of exterior & interior run down but for us as long as bed is comfortable, aircond works fine cold and bathroom clean with good shower & toilet that is good. Plus breakfast buffet was great too with variety of local and western dishes. Swimming pool was not very clean as how it used to be back then and it's shower / change room does not provide shower gel & shampoo like before which is a bit of nuiscance since I was...

« Had a one night stay here. Room was huge and staff was polite. However, staff are not too sure about the "newly imposed" tourism tax by the government. »

« The first room (9th floor) we had was a nightmare : the toilets was super noisy (water noise every 10 minutes) and we simply didnt sleep that first night, we had to insist to the reception to change the room electrical cable was hanging in the bathroom (super dangerous !) and shower cabin seal was defective as well. In the new room (15th floor) it was a bit better but not at the level of a 5 star hotel. The hotel need to be refreshed clearly, it looks like an 90s hotel (decoration outdated) ...

« Très bel hôtel avec piscine géante, toboggans et aire de jeu. Personnel tres avenant et sympathique. Chambre propre et moderne . Hotel à proximité de 2 stations de metro et situé à 15mn à pied des tours Petronas. Restaurant tres bon, large choix pour le petit-déjeuner, qui etait de qualité. »

« Génial, accueil du personnel très chaleureux, vous aides malgré mon anglais pas terrible, métro à 2 minutes et un super restaurant juste en bas de l'hôtel toute spécialité et surtout fruits de mer, qlqs soient le plats tout est bon et vraiment pas chère, vous pouvez le prendre à emporter et dîner dans votre chambre d'hôtel. Tout était parfait, chambres au calme, petit déjeuner très copieux et excellent. Merci à tout le personnel »
