Entire Studio Apartment - Climate Pledge Arena & Space Needle

Welcome to Mercer Furnished Apartments! We offer an amazing studio apartment located in the heart of Lower Queen Anne - Climate Pledge Arena is a block away and Seattle Center with the Space Needle, Opera House and Pacific NW Ballet are just a short walk.

The apartment is located inside a quaint, 3-story, walk up, brick building with a secured gate entry and front door. We do not have an elevator in the building. If you have a preference or requirement for ground floor accommodation, please let us know at booking.

You will be booking into a studio apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. You will have a dining room table along with a separate desk and office chair. Our basic wifi package is complimentary and we offer a high-speed business package upgrade at a daily, weekly or monthly fee! Working from your new home in the city can be a breeze.

The apartment has one queen size bed and one couch that can be folded open to a full-size bed. The space is comfortable for 3 grown adults or for a family of two adults and two young children. We can also provide a double air mattress if needed.

We have an amazing, professional housekeeping crew to clean the unit and wash all the linens. You will find the apartment fresh and clean!

Early check in or late check outs are not guaranteed. If we have another guest checking in or out on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the apartment. In case that we can, we offer $25 per hour up to 2 hours total. We wont know until 24 hours prior to your arrival, so please be sure to ask us! If you want more than 2 hours extra, we encourage you to reserve the night before or the night after so that you can arrive and depart at your leisure.
