Sea View is just a stone’s throw from the galleries, cafes, wine bar and beach in Beer, a traditional fishing village in a sheltered bay on the beautiful east Devon World Heritage Jurassic Coast. The port dates back to the 15th century and is charming with its beach huts and colourful boats washed up on the shingle. Stroll around the independent shops, galleries and cafes, take a walk along the dramatic cliff hugging coastal path to Branscombe beach. Branscombe has a couple of good pubs and a dog-friendly beach with a great cafe serving fresh seafood. Take a fishing trip or delve into Beer Quarry Caves, just a short drive away.

Parking Permit: A parking permit is provided for you at no extra charge for Beer Central car park located behind the The Dolphin Hotel in the centre of Beer and the Cliff Top car park. The parking permit is electronic so there is nothing to display in your car. The local office will contact you prior to your stay to request your car registration number. The permit will be available from the check in time on the arrival day of your booking. General: WiFi. All fuel (hot water, night storage/electric wall heating) and bedlinen (no towels) included in rental. . Pets: one small dog welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property.
