• The Balcony: Step onto your private balcony to take in mountain views and a partial glimpse of the ocean. It’s the perfect spot to start your day with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a gentle breeze and tranquil scenery.
• The Living Room: Bright and welcoming, the living area includes a comfy sofa that converts into a bed for one or two guests. Large sliding glass doors fill the room with natural light and open to the balcony, creating a fresh, airy atmosphere.
• The Kitchen: Functional and modern, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, spacious countertops, and all the essentials for cooking at home. Its clean, open layout makes it easy to prep meals and stay connected to the rest of the space.
• The Dining Area: A round table seats four and sits conveniently between the kitchen and living room. It's perfect for shared meals, card games, or laid-back conversation.
• The Bedroom: The private bedroom includes a king bed, built-in closet, and calm neutral tones. Tucked at the back of the unit, it’s a restful retreat after a day of sun and adventure.
• The Bathroom: A full bathroom with a walk-in shower and modern vanity, accessible from the main living area. Its location makes it convenient for all guests, including those sleeping on the sofa bed.

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, including one bedroom, one full bathroom, an open-concept living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony with mountain and partial ocean views. The living room features a sofa bed for additional guests, and amenities include in-unit laundry and keyless entry for a smooth, self-guided check-in.
As part of the exclusive Pacifico community, guests can access four beautifully landscaped pools, a jacuzzi, a gym, co-working space, BBQ and games area, yoga deck, and scenic walking trails. Families will appreciate the children’s play area and sports courts for tennis, pickleball, basketball, and soccer.
