Retreat to one of four comfortable bedrooms for some R&R. Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Great house

The house was very comfortable! My only complaint is the floors needs to be mopped your feet would get dirty walking barefoot. Also the kitchen mat needs to be replaced it is very dirty. We would still rebook though!

Amazing vacation rental

We stayed in this house for the 30a songwriter festival and it was great accommodating three couples each with king bed and en suite bathroom. Clean, comfortable beds and stocked with everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again!! Convenient short walk to the beach.

Beautiful house and great location!

We enjoyed our stay here. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. We rented a golf cart, but it wasn't necessary to get to local restaurants and the beach. It was very clean, updated, and check out process was very easy. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous house in the most beautiful beach comminity.

First, not only does this house have a bathroom in every room, the bathrooms and showers are beautiful (with great water pressure). The house was impeccably clean. The host was wonderful and was available for whatever we needed. We arrived to fresh flowers on the kitchen table. The kitchen was the most well stocked rental I've ever stayed in. It's a short walk to gulf place and ed waline Beach access. It made for a relaxing time with friends and family, and we will surely plan of using this house again!

Perfect Vacation

First off the pictures don’t do this gorgeous place justice! The owners communicate well prior to our stay and checked in on us! We were a short distance to the beach (and for us this was a must!) we rented a golf cart near by to use daily and it just added to the overall quaintness & fun of the area. The place was VERY clean and pet friendly!!!! They even had fresh flowers for us when we arrived! Everything needed for a nice relaxing vacation was there. There is a balcony out front that we had coffee every morning and then made our way to the beach. The beach does have restaurants and a public bathroom near by so you’re set for the entire day! Short drive to Destin or seaside too! Community was quiet, family/dog friendly and in walking distance to many stores. Wifi is provided too! We will definitely be back and plan on this place being our go to beach rental!! Thanks for renting your home to us and being willing to accommodate potential changes in our travel.

Christmas Getaway

This home is very clean, nice, and spacious. The neighborhood is a very quiet and awesome for walking our 2 dogs. The neighborhood is a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. The owner made a point to reach out to us regarding our check in and check out process and also to make sure everything was going well. The home was even decorated for the holidays which was a nice plus for us!

Perfect location. Quiet street. Easy beach access. Great bike riding. Master on main perfect for ny 76 year old parents. Clean and no clutter. This lovely spacious home was as described online. It was clean and bright and very nicely decorated and equipped. The fresh flowers on the table were a lovely touch There is enough parking, but with 3 cars , we had to park close to each other. The owner was very responsive when there were small issues that needed to be addressed. Having the pool so close was great with smaller kids not needing to walk far for a swim. The big negative for us is a "30A problem" where beach access is restricted to houses and condos that face the beach . All others share small public beaches. By 7am we had our chairs and umbrellas on the beach but by 10 am beachgoers were packed together like sardines. I would highly recommend this property but be aware of the limited beach access in the most popular summer months

Magical Summer Vacay

My family and I spent a week on 30A and had the best time. I cannot describe the cleanliness and emasculate details of the home. Everything from facial wipes in the bathroom, extra cleaning supplies, and everything extremely clean to the nice fresh flowers on the table when we arrived. The home is about a 10 minute walk to the beach, but we opted to rent a golf cart and drive to a more seclude beach access point. The owner was very detailed and prompt to respond - answering all questions and accommodations prior to arrival. I look forward to our next stay in the home and the memories to be made!! 5STARS!

Great house for friends and family

We stayed for a long weekend with friends, adult children and dogs. The layout of the house is great with each bedroom having its own bath. The house was new, clean and even cuter in person than the pictures show. The owner was responsive and great to work with. We loved the proximity to shops, restaurants and the beach. Beautiful house in perfect location!

This house is gorgeous - new, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean! The owner was extremely pleasant and very responsive. This was our 2nd trip to Santa Rosa beach and we will definitely be back! The location of this house was an easy walk to the beach and great restaurants. It does get dark at night and the area is not well lit so we ended up driving to dinner every night. Overall wonderful stay and zero complaints!!

Great Christmas Getaway

The house was just as described. It is new and clean. The walk to the beach is not a bad one but you might consider a golf cart during your stay. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Owner was responsive to all of our questions and very helpful. This was one of the nicest stays we have had in the Destin/Panama City Beach area in 7 years of visiting at Christmas. We would definitely stay again.
