« We had a great week long stay here! Location was perfect-close to Disney, LA, family in Anaheim and lots of stores and places to eat nearby. We felt very safe in the unit the entire stay. Host was very friendly and very responsive to our needs. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with all things needed. Loved the outside balcony/porch attached to one of the bedrooms. Parking was always easy to find. Building unit is in is super cute with a water feature in the courtyard! »

« Went to a concert and made arrangements for an uber ride and a stay to play it safe. Place was ghetto, room was dirty refrigerator made a loud sound from time to time and there was no way we were going to sleep well. Talked to the front desk and told him about the situation and was asking for a refund or partial refund and he said he would talk to his manager. We left and drove home to get decent sleep. Later on that night spoke with him and i was informed that i was not going to get a refund...

« Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest. The property also did not accommodate 8 people at the table for a meal. There were only 3 chairs (one was broken). The living room had a small...
