Unfortunately, I have to give 1 star due to numerous requests for room cleaning; it was not done. asked to speak to the manager he was not available and was given an email address. Emailed twice without any response. Here is the email that was sent on 10/27 to Ouriostegui. "I am writing to follow up on the room service issue we experienced during our stay in Room 512, which my colleague KQureshi outlined in her email on October 27, 2025.
As of today, we have not received any communication from your team, nor has a refund or compensation been processed for the inconvenience caused by the lack of daily housekeeping.
We kindly request an update on this matter. If we do not hear back regarding a resolution, we will, unfortunately, have to dispute the charges for our stay and proceed with completing our review based on our experience."
