Moose Manor Lake House is your family gathering place and launch point for all your Sandpoint adventures! A classic waterfront home that stretches out along your private 140 feet of water front with lake view windows in every room. The quite neighborhood has also been a favorite of various moose family over the years during the spring and fall.

The open concept living room and kitchen will be a memorable gathering point where morning pancakes lead to summer days' plans while evening card games around the large stone fireplace seats endless games of UNO.

Soak in the hot tub then jump in the lake.

~ Two master suites on either end allows multiple families to feel like kings and queens while each also has a new mini-split AC for perfect climate controls. One master suite has a twin sofa sleeper, perfect for a young family. The other master suite has a walkout patio overlooking the lake.

A dock and hydraulic boat lift is provided for a v-hull boat of approximately 6k pounds. A few kayaks and paddle boards round out the watercraft offerings on the sandy beach area for your morning and evening paddles.

Park your car in the garage all vacation! You'll love the numerous bikes provided and enjoy the short ride into town to enjoy the freshly roasted coffee joints, homemade ice cream parlor, or maybe catch a nice meal in town. Sandpoint has a vibrant arts and music community which can be enjoyed most evenings in town at the various local eateries and wine bars.
