Guests have full access to the home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and the outdoor backyard. Parking is available on the driveway or street parking.

We’re pet-friendly and welcome both cats and dogs! Please ensure all pets are well-behaved and owners take full responsibility.
Pet Fee: $40 per stay.
Yard Cleanup Fee: $30 if pet waste is left behind.
Additional Cleaning Fees:
Pet poop pick up: $30
Unauthorized late checkout fee: $50/hour
Fee for not disposing of trash properly: $100
Check-In Time: 4:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request. Please ask the night before checking in or at least 5 hours before checking out so we can coordinate properly.

House Rules
Guests must be 21+ to rent.
No parties or events are allowed, but we always welcome small get-togethers with family and friends as long as you don’t disturb neighbors and respect all house rules.
Noise complaints may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Checkout Process
Optional (if time allows):
Strip the Sheets & Pillowcases: Remove sheets and pillowcases from beds and toss them in the washer. Starting a load is appreciated.
Towels: Place used towels in the washer or nearby.
Dishes: Wash or load dishes into the dishwasher.
Required:
Lights & Appliances: Turn off all lights, TVs, and kitchen appliances.
Pet Cleanup: Remove pet waste to avoid an additional $30 fee.
Personal Items: Double-check for belongings. We’re not responsible for lost items.
Trash: Dispose of trash in designated outdoor bins.
Secure the Property: Close and lock all windows and doors.
Additional Reminder:
Late Checkout Policy: Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a $25/hour fee.
