The Space:

The stylish flat, furnished with attention to the smallest details has an area of 32 m². It will happily accommodate 4 people and its space consists of a living room, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a bathtub. The décor of the flat features perfectly chosen gold accessories, light-coloured walls and wooden furnishings. This creates an extremely cosy and warm atmosphere that will make our guests feel special. The flat will be the perfect accommodation in the city centre and your stay is sure to be enjoyable. The living room is equipped with a comfortable corner sofa bed and a coffee table. There is also a table with chairs and a TV with SmartTV function, so our guests will be able to watch their favourite films and series. The kitchenette will be the ideal place to prepare meals together. It has all the necessary kitchen utensils and amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, fridge and coffee maker. A separate bedroom guarantees privacy and comfort during your stay. The large double bed will allow you to relax after a busy day, and the bedroom wardrobe has plenty of storage space. The elegant bathroom has a bathtub along with a shower. A washing machine, towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are also available. A set of fresh bed linen is of course provided for each guest. The multimedia facilities of the flat include a TV and WIFI internet access.

It is located on Grunwaldzka Street, 650 metres from the beautiful historic Market Square and 450 metres from the Rzeszów Główny train station. This will be an unquestionable advantage for those who feel perfectly at home in the city centre and want to be close to all service points, restaurants and shops. The nearest dining establishments are within easy reach, these include: Shinobi Ramen Bar (700 m), Al Metro (600 m), SAIGON Vietnamese Restaurant (500 m) and Dara Kebab (300 m). There are also green areas nearby where you can take a breath of fresh air and stroll surrounded by nature. The Bernardine Gardens, located next to the Basilica of the Bernardine Fathers, is a delightful and worthwhile place to visit. The neighbourhood is very well connected to other parts of the city through the proximity of the railway station, tram stops and also bus stops. The nearest bus stop is only 140 metres from the building. 300 metres is the distance to a large shopping mall, our guests will find numerous clothing shops and more. The possibility to do some shopping will make your stay in the flat much easier. As well as the fact that the nearest grocery shop "Żabka" is located in the same building as the flat. Our flat will be an ideal place for families or groups of friends wishing to visit Rzeszów and have a nice time in a modern interior.
