« I have a couple of suggestions. The musty smell in the house might be helped by cleanng out the fireplace. You might add washcloths to the bathrooms - not everyone uses them, but some of us do regularly. The prompt response to the need for 8 lightbulbs in the house was appreciated - might want to check bulbs before the next customers arrive. Visitors should be aware that the two bathrooms in the house are small - if 8-10 people are living in that house, that should be a consideration. »

« My first time in a VRBO and it was great. The decor was perfect. We were having a Christmas family gathering and was wondering how to get a tree and decorations in. The house was already set up for Christmas. Beds were comfortable. »

« The floors were filthy when we arrived. After messaging the host, he had them cleaned. It should have been clean when we arrived. Thermostat kept changing itself back to a warmer temperature each day while we were gone. So we came back to a warm unit. There were ants in the kitchen that got into our dogs’ food dish. No hair dryer or broom, even though those things were listed as amenities. »
