The property is a 10 minute walk to a grocery store, which was very helpful when we arrived and our car was not available. « Celebrating a milestone birthday should not require constant cleaning of roaches. And the resolution was a small bottle of roach spray. After constant texting someone came and fumigated which resulted in roaches going belly up and is as paid guests to clean it up. Not cool. The response was it's the islands and there are always roaches. Not in the description before purchase. Still fighting for deposit to be returned. Stay at your own caution. »

« I would not recommend this rental to any.. Firstly checking in is not until 3:00pm. So your're basically paying for a full day but only gets 9 hours. Secondly the manager said due to dèlay with maid service I wasn't able to check in until 3:30pm. Third if you are traveling with other family memebers or have family or friends in New Providence the can not step foot on the property to visit you which doesn't make sense.
