Elegant and recently restructured apartment at via dei cartari , in between Piazza Navona, campo di fiori and the Vatican.

The apartment is 55 sqm located on the first floor ( no elevator) featuring a large living room with lounge area , separate dining area and a double sofa bed ideally for kids.

Next to the dining table there is a fully equipped kitchen with a small table for breakfast ,along the corridor at the end there is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and wardrobe cabin.

The room is very quiet as it\'s located at the back of the street.

The prices includes initial and final cleanings, linen, towels and wifi connection .

city tax are not included.

The area is the most wanted in Rome, in between Piazza Navona and the Vatican, near to corso vittorio emanuelle full of restaurants, bars , shops and groceries.

Walking distance to all major attractions.

Arrival Time:

From 14:00 up to 20:00.

From 20:00 up to 23:00 an extra fee of 30€ is due.

From 23.00 up to 08:00 an extra fee of 50€ is due.

The property, which was in a very good location. However, the apartment was only satisfactory. The front door was plywood and probably temporary. The apartment was dark with minimal lighting. More importantly, the unit is dark with minimal light, t her furniture mismatched and the kitchen Is not equipped to cook.is not equipped to cookimportantly

A short stay in Rome

Our hosts were lovely! Very very responsive, were right on top of every request. Just as a heads up, the outer door (the beautiful wooden door in the picture) is at the moment only plywood. Clearly it was damaged and needed to be replaced. As with everything else in most spots in Rome, there is graffiti all over it. It can be quite unsettling or confusing if you aren’t expecting it. Don’t worry, the inside of the apartment is exactly as advertised. Clean, exactly as pictured. And you feel quite secure behind the seriously thick, heavy metal apartment door. Just thought people should know so they aren’t shocked when they show up.

I loved this property. Comfortable for my friend and me. We each had our own double bed and bathroom. And it was perfectly located near Piazza Navona.. lots of eateries. shopping. and a great coffee spot around the corner.

Great Location!

The apartment was clean and a great location! We had a couple of questions during our stay and the owner answered them right away and even personally came to look at one of the issues we had (we couldn't figure out how to turn the heat on so they came and turned it on for us!). Very impressed. The only I would call it oddity was one of the toilets was outside and the other in the master bedroom. This wasn't an issue for us because we were traveling with our kids and didn't mind if they were in our room, but something to be aware of when you are booking. Otherwise we were treated with a bottle of wine for our stay, the location was fantastic and the apartment was large for a European apartment which was really nice for us with two tall boys! Thank you for sharing your apartment with us! We would definitely stay there again!

Great Location in Rome

Overall a fine experience. Good location, an acceptable place and reasonably priced.The location is fairly optimal being centralized to the tourist highlights and easy walking distance to nearly everything. The only Taxi/Uber needed is for the Airport and that was primarily just due to luggage as the closest rail terminal is a bit far with multiple bags. The place is fine and clean, has a rather odd layout but not uncommon for these types of apartments. The main sitting area being directly adjacent to a bedroom with little to break the sound sort of limits that rooms usage if a party wants to head to bed early. The bedroom in the back is much better with an on suite bathroom. However due to how easy the sound travels room to room, and both bathrooms being next to each other, one in the primary bedroom and one outside in the interior courtyard only separated by a wall, your just simply always going to be hearing each other. There is no quiet midnight run to the bathroom. In addition the apartment upstairs may be completely silent or incredibly loud, just depends if there are guests present. The first night was really tough until maybe midnight when things settled, the following nights no sound whatsoever. Lastly the main door to the apartments was being replaced I assume, so instead of the beautiful doorway pictured it was a plywood door with the complimentary graffiti which sort of put a damper on expectations immediately upon arriving and lowered the "feel & experience."

Nice Location

We stayed here for 4 days. Nicely appointed with just about everything we needed. Comfy couches were great after a long day of sightseeing with a glass of Vino. Was a great home base to explore Rome's sites. Check in and out process was a breeze. The outdoor second bathroom was a little funky but really was not an issue. We would consider renting this apartment again on our next trip to Rome.

First want to thank our host for being so accommodating with our situation. Very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Second, enjoyed to place we stayed and the location was great. Central to everything so we could walk everywhere. Clean and comfortable with a unique 2nd bathoom setup.

Cozy and comfortable apartment - great location

We booked this place to stay with our daughter for a few days after her month of study ended. The layout is interesting, with a galley kitchen and kind of a balcony water closet, but very functional and roomy for the three of us. The location is ideal for easy walking access to Vatican City and numerous important landmarks like the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain. The style of most of the space could be described as rustic, but the bathrooms were very modern and clean, with good water availability. The air conditioning was more than adequate. The only minor drawback if you have a lot of luggage is that it's not on the ground floor and there's no lift, but the climb up one flight wasn't bad. The host, Federico, communicated promptly and even helped us arrange transportation to the airport. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Excellent location, clean unit. Everything worked or was fixed promptly. Some oddities with the place that can be expected with older properties. Perhaps most important is the unusual “second bathroom”. The toilet is actually out the door of the kitchen onto an interior balcony/courtyard. Pretty awkward to get to in the middle of the night. The host was in communication when he needed to be and provided good support while we were there. But, I doubt I would stay there again. The bathroom is a deal killer.

Great Communication, Excellent Location

Prior to our cruise, my friend and I booked this spacious 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Rome... centrally located between the Vatican and the Colosseum (the two spots we wanted to visit). We knew we'd be cramped on the cruise, so we wanted the space to spread out, maybe do laundry, use a refrigerator, etc. This place is near restaurants, gelato, luggage storage, a beautiful baroque church, taxi stand, and most everything we needed. The area is well lit at night and feels safe. The host and his manager were extremely helpful... quickly answering our questions before and after we arrived. They provided detailed instructions about self check-in and out, and how to work appliances in the apartment. They even arranged for us an airport pickup and a driver to take us to the cruise port (additional costs, but very convenient with large suitcases). The building is on a narrow cobblestone street, just off a main street... quiet (especially the back bedroom!) Lighting is dim. I found the door key tricky to use, but my friend had no trouble with it. The showers worked great and we loved the towel warmers in the bathrooms. We loved the comfortable living room sofas for relaxing at the end of a couple very long days of sightseeing. Note that there is a steep staircase (no lift) to this apartment. We had heavy suitcases for our cruise, but found that there was almost always someone in the building who was eager to help us.

Great apartment in a terrific location.

This apartment was perfect for my husband and I plus a friend in the second bedroom. The living room is wonderful to hang out in. We didn't do any coming but the kitchen is well set up. The only drawback to the apartment at all is the second bathroom is accessed by a terrace and the shower is a cross the apartment from the second bedroom. We made it work and would stay here again!

Perfect Location in Rome

This property is located within walking distance to many of Rome's greatest sites and neighborhoods. The communication and check in process was great! The owner connected us with great local, non touristy, eateries and even checked in on us to make sure we were settled in and to see if we needed any help navigating the city. The flat was clean and everything was as advertised. I would stay here again!
