On a connu meilleure franchise chez Day's inn

La première chambre qui nous a été proposée sentait horriblement le pipi de chat... Une autre nous a toutefois été proposée rapidement. Pour le reste, c'est honnête et pas cher : quand on est une famille le rapport qualité prix est imbattable.

Make sure you know where your stuff is because housekeeping has ZERO problem taking the stuff you've left! Stayed for 3 nights. First, the TV NEVER worked, the carpet felt wet like there was water damage under it, and the comforters are FILLED with cigarette burns. Wife left a dress hanging in the closet there, called the day after and employees claimed they "never saw it". Also, the pool constantly had trash in it like bandaids and food that was dropped. Never, ever, EVER again. Oh.... and if you call crappy bagels and crappier coffee breakfast, along with the total lack of even mediocre customer service, then this is your spot.

Room was filthy, there were bugs in bathroom and coffee maker. The rug was sticky and filthy. There were undesirable people hanging out outside of the rooms until all hours of the night. Noisy! Even the lobby looked dirty and unkempt. Felt very unsafe. Signs posted all over stating "we are not responsible for personal items in cars or rooms like it has been a problem with theft. There was a warning about opening the door to anyone we didn't know. My friend who didn't go through Expedia was in a better/cleaner room. I believe we got an "Expedia" room. NOT COOL!!!!

Working hard to make the place nice. Need to update/fix some of the issues in the rooms. Breakfast area needs to be expanded. Pool is really nice.

Disgusting place, filthy room and sheets. Bath tub was gross. I hope we didn't get lice or other bugs.

Over rated

Due to disabling health conditions, also requiring extra luggage/equip, hubby and I asked for an easily accessible room; it was the total opposite. Despite health issues, we travel by car frequently, have stayed at lots of 3 star hotels; this deserves no more than a 2.5. Disappointing breakfast, for ex. no fruit, meat was gone by 8:45. Room seemed Ok, except dirty woodwork. Dirty, rundown exterior corridors, parking lot. I'd have been embarrassed to have friends or family "visit." We paid $91 total, not a good value.
