« The property is in a small village. Pub next door , but otherwise its a peaceful , quiet area. Wells next to sea is about a 5min drive away. My room was nice, it had a kettle, iron,Ironing board, bathroom was clean and shower hot. The beds were good and the room was clean. There is some parking on site. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here. »

« Lovely little place in a peaceful area, the cricket pavilion has everything you could need for a short break - plus some thoughtful and welcome extras from the owner. Excellent Pub literally 5 mins walk away through the horse paddocks- their pies are delicious! Would definitely recommend the property and may well be back ourselves! Thank you :) »

« We have had a really lovely stay in September Cottage. The Cottage was perfect and very well equipped. It is situated near to all the amenities and the sea. Would love to come back to visit more of Norfolk. Thank you. »

« A group of friends in a bird and wildlife watching trip - lovely property in a quiet and peaceful location. The quay and the nearest pub are only three minutes walk away with fish and chips shop even nearer. Property was clean and very well presented. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. »

« We stayed in Holly Room at Holly Lodge , it was an amazing experience from start to finish !!! The check was so simple even in the dark at a very late hour Our room and facilities within the room were stunning 😍 The service the following morning was 2nd to none and the food , presentation was perfect and so tasty . The gardens were so pretty , wild but very well maintained. Coedy was so lovely as were all the staff ... i loved the open plan kitchen area ! the little snug was stunning id...

« Clean room with nice decor, really comfy bed, room warm and cosy. Good breakfast choices and cooked breakfast served to your table nice and hot. Lovely atmospheric old coaching Inn with modern day comforts and friendly helpful staff. Have stayed many times and would definitely recommend. »
