« Very good location. As close as you can get to the walk to the beach or the beach bus stop. Immaculate childrenâ€™s playground behind but, be warned, the playground noise started by 7.30am most days as we were lucky to have great weather. The top floor of the house is a nice space and worked well for us. The decor is outdated in the bedrooms and bathrooms, but we found the beds to be very comfortable. Kitchen equipment and utensils need some replacing and replenishing - eg. new chopping boards...

« An absolutely wonderful cottage in fantastic grounds. A real country getaway. We enjoyed a lovely winter pre-Christmas break here and it was a great base from which to explore North Norfolk and the coast. « Lovely little village with everything you need within 5 - 10 minutes drive. Cottage is well appointed and comfortable. Also much quieter than I expected. Communication from Christine is faultless. The weather wasn't kind to us (probably the worst week in months), but it didn't really make much difference. It was so good to escape from lockdown. I'm sure we will visit again, it's a perfect base to explore west and north Norfolk, and yes, I would recommend it to my best friend! »
