« Many places have multiple bedrooms but no place big enough for group interactions. This creatively decorated, well equipped and spacious home has 4!Host is great communicator as well as open and flexible. »

« Absolutely had a wonderful experience. From the time we booked the stay and even after we departed. We feel that Jill went above our expectations of what a good host would be and the home was immaculate. This was our first experience renting a VRBO and because of this stay it will not be our last. « We rented for my son's graduation and the house was perfect, here's why. 1. This 6 bedroom house was a better value than any Columbia hotel even if it had had zero amenities. 2. It doesn't have zero amenities. There is somewhere for everyone. « It was the perfect place. Spacious, both inside and outside. If you’re looking for a place that can support a large group with feeling packed in like sardines, this is the place to rent. »

« We came into town to ride the Katy Trail with friends. The property is exactly as described. Located a little bit away from the downtown area but in a neighborhood with kids and families out and about. It was awesome to have the garage for bike storage. The dogs loved the fully fenced yard and the squirrel watching in the large trees. »

« Host is very conscientious was concerned ice maker was on the fritz and ensured there was a bag of ice in fridge for our stay. Highly communicative prior to arrival, during stay and upon departure. Great property in quite neighborhood 12 minutes from campus. The only couple of things I would say could have been better would be at least 1 King size bed. That said, the Queens were outstanding. the master bedroom should have blinds as its like waking up on the sun. Perhaps they were there but...

« I would book this home again in a heartbeat! Yes, the location is lovely- nice, quiet, well-maintained neighborhood. Easy proximity to all of Jeff City. Yes, this house is as wonderful as the pictures show and even more so. First, it was very clean. All the beds were incredibly comfortable and the sheets/bedding/pillows were top notch.
