Welcome to 20386 Mallory Square in the Keys of Marsh Harbor, located in a quiet neighborhood but close to all of the action of Rehoboth Beach!
OVERVIEW: This property sleeps eight people comfortably with a King primary suite and two additional bedrooms with a twin trundle, two twin beds, and a one-person with a roll-away bed. The property is located steps from the community pool and tennis courts. A full kitchen that features all the basic amenities. A spacious living and sitting area, a screened-in porch, and an open-air patio with a gas grill for all your cooking and entertainment needs. The single-car garage is perfect for storing all of your beach items. There is a variety of beach equipment provided for guests' use. Parking for three cars is provided, and additional overflow parking is available. Whether you are looking for a week's stay or just a few nights, this property is sure to please.
LOCATION: Located just off Route One within walking distance to Jungle Jim's and Rehoboth Gateway shopping area and a mile from the beach and boardwalk. You can walk to The Fresh Market for a convenient grocery stop. Several nearby restaurants, including Bluecoast Seafood and Thompson Island Brewing Company. The Tanger Outlets are close by for all shopping needs, close to bike trails, adjacent to Route 1, and the DART shuttle bus (Park-n-Ride) for transportation. A short drive takes you to the Lewes/Cape May Ferry, the nearby Cape Henlopen State Park, and the fishing pier.
PARKING: Driveway for two cars and overflow at the end of the street (first come, first serve).
AMENITIES: Central AC, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, community amenities pool/tennis courts, and electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out process.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. Linens are not provided, but we offer a linen rental package; ask an agent for further details. No pets and no smoking. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
