« I booked this stay last minute - so it was 100 times better than camping in the rain would have been! Unfortunately, we could not figure out how to turn some of the lights off in the room since they were not controlled by the main light switches so the lights remained on all night. Then around 10am (1 hour before check out), housekeeping or another employee used a key to momentarily open our door unannounced. We had a dog with us and had signed the waiver which I believe stated that no one would...

« Complexe hôtelier moderne légèrement à l’extérieur de Leavenwort à proximité d’une grand surface ( tjrs utile pour refaire le plein de victuailles sur un Road trip.) Chambre très spacieuse et confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires. On s’y sent bien pour une soirée étape. Petit déjeuner inclus , pas spécialement mauvais mais industriel. Et à 8h00 du matin , beaucoup de monde. En résumé, il peut y avoir des hôtels mieux placés sur Leavenworth mais celui a des atouts et reste à un prix...

« The room was foul in oder and cleanliness. we had no maid service. No refund available. 2 stars is being kind. I would not recommend. We were only provided with one bath towel each, during our stay. I was able to go into the restaurant a talk to a waitress and get 2 towels for our next morning shower. We were not given two washcloths or hand towels.we each recieve one coffee pod for the entire stay. »

« It was a short stay but overall it was great. Staff was friendly, helpful when we needed them and breakfast was simple but enough to make us happy! »
