« The room was perfect - King bed plus sofa. The amenities were over the top: free breakfast, free afternoon snacks (popcorn), free cookies in the evening, and a manager's reception (spagetti, taco night, chili night) M-W evening! « No hot water in the evening, not more in the morning! hot tub not working! The person at the frontdesk tried to help but was alone to deal with an almost full hotel! Management puts no ressources, change business if you can't run a big hotel! »
