« Recently built hotel, very clean and up to date. Front desk staff very helpful. Breakfast was good, 24 hr coffee/tea counter in the lobby. Everything worked great and the air conditioning was very responsive. It is a little on the minimalist side for in room furnishings: no in room coffee pot, no closet (just a few open hooks with hangers on the walls), no dressers (permanent stands to hold luggage), no pens or stationery. Did have iron, ironing board, hair dryer, room safe, large screen TV,...

« No hot water in the evening, not more in the morning! hot tub not working! The person at the frontdesk tried to help but was alone to deal with an almost full hotel! Management puts no ressources, change business if you can't run a big hotel! »
