Okay for a brief stay. No way to set air conditioner to blow continuously. Gym was out of order. Friends in other room were offered a gift bag but I was not. Decent breakfast and clean rooms.

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay. I apologize that your stay wasn't stress free. Unfortunately we do not have a gym on property but we hope to in the future. I encourage you to become a Marriott Rewards Member which would include the extra perks like the gift bags. I will share your feedback with the staff to improve upon these issues going forward, as we strive to provide exceptional customer service. Nice hotel

Les + : Clean and staff was pleasant.
Situation : I thought it was a great location to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of places to eat, ect.
I scheduled this hotel last minute and it is the first time I stayed in this hotel and I was pleased.

The breakfast was very good. The room was clean. The area of town was good. The three things I look for in where I stay.

It is a pleasant hotel with extremely nice people. Two things though. Our room was not thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. There were pieces of food (pizza and something unidentifiable) shoved into the fins of the heating unit. It was disgusting to think about how long it had been there. The other issue happened with everyone in our group. After we opened our rooms with our keys, we had to re-activate our keys. I had to re-activate my key 6 or 7 times in a one night stay. The people were extremely nice but it was frustrating. You're a Marriott hotel. Don't you have this figured out?

Fitted sheet wouldn't stay on bed--it was stretched out
