Villetta Olmo is a small villa for rent in the locality of Torre Castiglione, on the coast of Porto Cesareo, for vacations just 500 meters from some of the most beautiful beaches of the Ionian coast of Salento.
The 6-bed vacation cottage is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, TV, mosquito nets, outdoor shower, barbecue, and parking inside the property.

The vacation cottage is fully fenced, with ample outdoor space available to accommodate up to 2 cars.
The back of the cottage is shaded with a canopy and equipped for spending time outdoors with a table, chairs and barbecue, as well as an outdoor shower to cool off when returning from the beaches.
The interior of Villetta Olmo is very simple and functional. The entrance is into the furnished living room with dining room, sofa, double pull-out sofa bed, TV, ceiling blades. Next to it is the kitchenette.
The sleeping area is well disengaged, with corridor leading to the two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin with single beds. The house is completed by 2 shower rooms, one of which is en suite.
Air conditioning is present in the living room and bedrooms.

Villetta Olmo is located in the countryside of Torre Castiglione, a residential area located along the coast of Porto Cesareo, between the hamlet of Torre Lapillo and the wonderful beaches of Punta Prosciutto.
The center of Torre Lapillo, with all the main services, is about 2 km away.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
