“Tenn A Sea” is a beautifully decorated 4BD/2BA located in the exclusive community of Windmark Beach. This home features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open-concept, single level, split floor plan, screened-in porch, outdoor shower, fenced-in backyard, custom fire pit, and is pet friendly!

If you are looking for the ultimate, all-inclusive getaway then “Tenn A Sea” is the perfect destination for you! Located in the waterfront community of Windmark which features two swimming pools, beach access, playground, dog park, restaurants, shops, and walking paths, there's something for everyone to do!

Night Minimum: 3 night minimum

Property Description: As you enter Tenn A Sea, you are greeted with warm coastal vibes and an open concept floor plan with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. The three guest bedrooms and guest bath are located near the front of the home. The first bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen, and the third guest bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have smart tvs. The guest bath located near the three guest bedrooms offers a shower tub combo and spacious single vanity with granite countertops.

As you venture down the hall you will find the gorgeous open concept living/kitchen/dining area with a 58” smart tv and access to the screened-in porch and backyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for a home-cooked meal with extras such as an air fryer, mixer, instant pot, and waffle maker! This modern kitchen offers granite countertops, a large island with seating for 3, stainless steel appliances, an electric cookstove, and tons of cabinet space. The dining area provides seating for 8 people. The master bedroom is conveniently located just off of the living room and offers a comfortable king-size bed and smart tv. The en-suite bath offers a walk-in shower and double vanity with granite countertops.

The garage is not available for use and is accessible to the owners only.

Outdoor Community Amenities: Two swimming pools, beach access, playground, dog park, restaurants, shops, and walking paths.

Windmark Beach has numerous boardwalks in the community giving you convenient access to the calm and shallow waters for you to enjoy swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. The 3.5-mile path is perfect for a casual walk, jogging, or cycling. Village Center has restaurants, shops, and a gym you may access with a daily/weekly pass. There are two community pools, Main community pool (heated periodically during the winter and is controlled by the HOA) and North community pool (unheated) The community has 24-hour roving security.

Area Information: When you are ready to venture out, visit nearby Port St. Joe for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Downtown offers cute shops along Reid Avenue, many restaurants, and grocery stores. Don't forget to check out the historical Lighthouse and Sea Turtle Museum. We love our sea turtles!

Parking: Four parking spots are available. No RVs, trailers or boats are not allowed in the community. The garage is not available for use and is accessible to the owners only.

Pet Friendly: This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $200 plus tax will be added to your reservation after you book.

Linens/Supplies: All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware, dinnerware, glassware in the kitchen. We also provide an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, bath soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dishwasher detergent.

Beach Gear: Some of our properties have beach gear onsite (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.); however, there is no guarantee as these items come and go throughout the year.

Age Requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.

Security cameras: The exterior of this property is secured by video cameras.

Credit card fee: All payments processed are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee.

Rental Agreement: A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking.

Cancellation Policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.

Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

Area construction disclaimer: Our beautiful area has been under reconstruction since Hurricane Michael in 2018. We have come a long way since then, but there is still a considerable amount of new construction going on in the area. While we strive to give you an accurate representation in our photos, we cannot guarantee that new construction near your rental hasn't begun since our photos were taken.

Great Place

Loved this place. Bedrooms were clean and tidy. The backyard was nice. The only complaints I have are that we weren’t able to get in until 30min after 4pm (traveling with 3 kids and 2 dogs that seemed like forever), that the garage was locked and not able to be used, and the ice dispenser on the fridge is moldy. The Windmark community as a whole is very nice. We have stayed there the past couple trips to the PSJ/MB area. The pizza place is great and there’s a dog park and walking paths everywhere. The pool is nice but needs more seating for the summer season. I would definitely book this place again for my family with young kids.
