This home is ideally situated for easy exploration of Tempe, Phoenix, and beyond — whether you're driving, ridesharing, or using public transit.



By Car (recommended for most guests): Quick access to I-10, US-60, and Loop 101. Old Town Scottsdale is 10–15 minutes away, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX) is about 10 minutes, downtown Phoenix 15–20 minutes, and Sedona’s red rocks are an easy 1.5–2 hour scenic drive.

Driveway Parking: Space for 2 vehicles + free street parking available.

Rideshare & Taxis: Uber and Lyft are plentiful and affordable throughout the Valley — expect quick pickups any time of day.

Public Transit: Valley Metro Light Rail (Mill Ave/3rd St station) is ~2 miles away (~8-minute drive or rideshare). From there you can reach downtown Tempe, ASU events, Phoenix Sky Harbor (via free Sky Train connection), and downtown Phoenix easily.

Bikes & Scooters: Lime and Bird scooters are frequently available in the neighborhood for short trips to nearby restaurants, shops, or ASU campus.

Other Things to Note:

Upon booking, we will request that you sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of your government-issued ID.

This agreement outlines the house rules and safety guidelines for the property. Providing the signed agreement and ID is required to honor the reservation. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.

Pets are welcome - additional fees may apply depending on the pet and the size. Usually it is $25 per night per pet

Pool Heat is available with minimum of two consecutive days fees will apply

Interaction with Guests:

We offer contactless check-in. However, we will be available by phone during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed.
