Tucked away in a quiet mountain neighborhood minutes from downtown Phoenix, this lovely three-bedroom estate is as perfect for the urbanite as it is for the outdoor enthusiast.

Start the morning with a rigorous hike up nearby Piestewa Peak. Then spend an afternoon shopping at Biltmore Fashion Park, or Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall or hitting a round of Golf at the Arizona Biltmore Resort or the Princess Resorts. Dreaming of a night on the town? Several of Phoenix’s hottest restaurants, bars and night clubs are only minutes away.

Lake Pleasant, Saguaro Lake, and Bartlett Lake are all less than an hour away. The younger crowd will have a blast jet skiing and wakeboarding, while grandma and grandpa rekindle their romance on a sunset dinner cruise. This property was an excellent choice for our vacation. Centrally located--not a long drive from the airport and many recreational activities in the area. View of Piestewa Peak is excellent. The hike to the peak starting from the house and using the trailhead up the street, one-way, was just over two miles. The house was clean and comfortable, and we spent our afternoons and evenings hours relaxing on the backyard furniture and cooking meals on the grill. The only downside was when cooking breakfasts inside, stainless steel cookware was provided, and the available utensils are plastic--best used for non-stick cookware. But that is easily remedied. Highly recommend!
