This gated estate promises a unique and fun-filled retreat in the heart of North Scottsdale. The property features some of the nicest outdoor amenities in Scottsdale, along with plenty of lounge space. Inside, relax in the theater or game room or entertain with plenty of activities. This is a private resort for you to enjoy!

The backyard is an entertainer’s dream, featuring an 8-foot-deep heated (optional) diving pool with two waterfalls, a slide, and grottos, plus an in-ground jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation. Lounge in multiple seating areas, dine al fresco at the state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen and built-in grilling station, or take in breathtaking panoramic views from the rooftop patio.

Inside, the main floor is designed for comfort and style with a spacious living room, dual dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room. Four private king bedrooms, each with ensuite baths, provide a peaceful retreat. The primary suite offers a spa-like experience with a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and direct patio access.

This home isn't going to be the spot that is walking distance to restaurants and shops, but these views and this space is worth it! To fully explore and experience all that Scottsdale and the surrounding area offers, we highly recommend bringing or renting a vehicle for convenient transportation.

There's plenty of parking at the house in the garages and driveway.

Hiking trails are only 0.4 miles or 10 minute walk to the Granite Mountain Trailhead, with Fraesfield Trailhead just a bit further. You're less than 8 miles to the McDowell Regional Park.

Less than 10 minutes from some of Scottsdale's best golf clubs including Troon North, Scottsdale National, and more!

Just 15 minutes from fine dining Mastro's or a little more casual Lamp Wood Oven Pizzeria and many more!

About 30 minutes to drive to the Talking Stick Resort Casino or the Fort McDowell Casino.

While this home has the space for large groups, we ask that you be respectful and courteous as we are still located in a residential area and sounds tend to travel in the desert. We ask that you respect our quiet hours of 11pm to 7am, failure to do so may result in further action.

✖ Pool and Spa Heat ✖
The spa is heated complimentary for the duration of your stay. Due to the size and features of our pool, it is costly to run the heater for the entirety of your stay. If you are staying between the months of October and May, please inquire for information about cost for pool heating.

✖ Pets Policy ✖
In maintaining a pristine environment for all our guests, we typically do not allow pets. However, exceptions may be considered for a small additional fee. In the event that an exception is granted - you are responsible for the upfront additional fee as well as any damage or additional cleaning needed due to your pet.

✖ Smoke-Free Estate ✖
Our property is a smoke-free zone. Not only to maintain the pristine condition of our home for your stay and other guests, but also to protect the surrounding environment from the highly sensitive fire conditions. We kindly ask you to respect this policy, as failure to do so will result in fines and potential further action.
We are excited to open our home to you but we do have a few house rules.

Please note that this is a residential neighborhood. Parties, events and loud music is not tolerated. No additional guests over the listed capacity of the house, without prior written consent. Be courteous to the neighbors and avoid being overly noisy outside at night. Quiet time will begin every day of the week at 11 pm.

This property does have pool gates but does not have a pool fence. All children must be supervised by an adult.

Do not touch or tamper with any pool or hot tub equipment, outside of the IPad provided in the house. This means do not remove any equipment or manually change settings of any pool equipment. If something is tampered with and must be corrected after your stay, you may be charged a fee.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed on the property including the patios, driveway and walkways. This includes vaping, marijuana and tobacco products. No smoking within 20 feet of the house and no smoking products to be left anywhere on the property.

There are cameras monitoring the outside of the property. Touching or unplugging the cameras is prohibited. Zero tolerance with an immediate eviction and a $500 fine will be issued.

We love animals but no pets are allowed on the property.

The premises is not to be used for any illegal activities.

Breaking any of the rules outlined above will incur a $500 fee per occurrence.

Late check-outs must be approved by the host. If an unapproved late check-out occurs, the guest may be charged for an additional night.

Wyo spring break!

We had the best week at this rental… any issues, which was only hot rub needing filled was fixed immediately. We loved the area for bike riding, main road a little scary with fast cars but side streets were perfect. At first you feel rental is so far out, but drive was quick and so much to do out this way. Would stay here again if ever in Arizona!

Nice property, great communication

Stayed there with 17 people of all ages. Everyone had a blast. Property was perfect for large family gatherings. Pool was great and lots of other amenities onsite. I pointed out a couple small things and the host was very responsive and knew about them already. We might make this place our annual spot for family reunions.

This property was AWESOME!! We wished we had more time at the house. This is an AMAZING and HUGE home. Plenty of room for multiple couples (at LEAST 6 couples, with familieis), all with their own space. Great common areas (theater, game room, kitchen, living, dining, patio, pool). Perfect location for families, friends and groups. The house is BEAUTIFUL and well appointed. Great views and amazing amenities. Everything was clean and tidy. Gift/welcome basket a nice touch. Pool heating (for slight added cost) and great spa. Plenty of games (pool, ping-pong, infinity game table, multi-arcade pac-man and more)! COOL signed movie posters and painted canvas in the theater. Awesome! Outstanding location for golf, horseback, hiking and more, with access to Scottsdale (20 min away), many amazing restaurants, shopping and more! We did multiple hikes, or we would have had more time for golf! Got a chance to catch some athletics (including a PHX Suns game) and movie at a nearby cinema. Gated and private, with electronic locks, huge garage and security. Great theater and game room, network connected TVs and more leave lots for everyone to do! Can't wait 'til we can reserve this house again!

Amazing Property!

This home is AMAZING! It has plenty of room for multiple couples and kids (25+), all with their own space. The common areas (kitchen, living, dining, theater, game room, patio and pool) more than comfortable. The BBQ and pool/hot tub area is better then most hotels. The house is BEAUTIFUL and well appointed. There are great views and amazing amenities. The house and all linens, etc. were clean and tidy. Outstanding location right next to GOLF, HIKES, and access to SCOTTSDALE, many amazing RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING and more! We did multiple hikes, and wish that we had more time for golf! Next time - we'll hit Scottsdale National, Troon North and the other amazing golf courses! Our host was very responsive to all questions/concerns. It was easy to get in the property. It was gated and private, with electronic locks, huge garage and security. Our stay was amazing. As a matter of fact, we have already booked it again for next year.
