Hôtel non chauffé, 11 degrés dans la chambre. Brosse à dents et (chargeur de téléphone non dispo. ). Hôtel correct à éviter en hiver. Malade et pas reposer...

Spacious hotel, great views and location

Although the interior is dated, the rooms are spacious and large and it's very affordable. Right in the heart of the city with beautiful views. Clean. Beds were really hard though and no heating, just AC. Bring extra blankets!

Situation : Elizabeth Quays is beautiful and the eating facilities were good we ate at the Isle of Voyage.
This hotel is the most disgusting hotel ive ever been in. My husband and I were in the room for 20 minutes and we walked out and did not stay there. The windows with the view of the river and Elizabeth Quays were dirty so we could not see the view. Whilst we stated the fact the person behind the counter said thats why it was cheap. Cheap room does not mean dirty room.

Wifi harus bayar bikin kaget, lokasi ok dan cucok buat oengelar olahraga jalan kaki menyusur lantai walking track aman dan bersih bagus

Les + : The room was pleasant, facilities were satisfactory to my needs.
Les - : The curtains looked nice but were not heavy enough, ie let in too much light.
Situation : Walking distance to train station, Elizabeth Quay, CBD, shopping malls and Hospital. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity.
My stay was pleasant, staff friendly and helpful. The hotel was surprisingly quiet. I had appointments in Perth, no need for a car or public transport - I could walk everywhere.

Good location, close to town CBD, reception open 24 hours, but no free parking.

The old, revolting, decore and ambience said it all! The bed and pillows need replacing and the carpet feels like there's bugs crawling everywhere :(((

Passable rooms, objectionable staff

Situation : Close to the Perth city. Had some great cafes nearby.
My experienced was soured from the beginning. I arrived around midnight after a late flight and was not allowed up to my room. My partner was already in the room and the front desk attendant would not allow me to check in. He accused me several times of being "confused", whatever that meant and repeatedly stated that he wouldn't let me into the room as there was a lady in there already. This is fine. Apart from the fact the room was booked in my name, with my credit card. I added my partner as a +1 during the day when I had to push my flight back. They put her name on the desk so she would be able to get in before I arrived. I had to convince him, at midnight, to ring a room which is booked and paid for in my name so he could speak with my partner and get the ok to let me in. I have never had an experience like this at a hotel before. I still this day do not understand what his objection was. I didn't drink on the flight and would have only looked exhausted due to it being midnight, but 3am according to my body clock due to time zone differences. The rest of the stay was uneventful. It's a modestly priced hotel and the facilities are commensurate with that cost.
