This unique three-level townhome provides ample space and privacy for your group:



First Floor: Unwind in the cozy living room, featuring a plush couch and a TV perfect for streaming your favorite shows after a day in the sun.

Second Floor: Gather for meals in the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with seating for up to 10 guests. A small patio is located just off the dining space.

Third Floor: Here you'll find two inviting bedrooms and a convenient laundry area.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms



Bedroom 1: Features a queen bed and a daybed with a trundle, a dresser, and a TV. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy serene views overlooking the golf course. The ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combo and dual sinks.

Bedroom 2: Features one queen and one full bed, fresh linens, and a dresser. It also includes access to its own private balcony. The ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Half Bathroom: Conveniently located off the main living space on the second floor. A pack n play/crib is available for infants/young children.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire three-level townhome, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and private balconies. Check-in is seamless with our smart lock. You will receive an email with your unique door code and check-in instructions on the day of your arrival.

Here are the House Rules you can look to upon staying at the home:

• Guests must be 21 years of age and older to book this property.

• Please observe silence. Noise restriction between 10 PM - 8 AM.

• Only park in the designated areas.

• Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs.

• Pets are not allowed inside the premises.

• NO SMOKING allowed in the home. A $250 fine will be imposed for smoking in the home.

• To minimize odors all trash must be in trash bags and removed from the house and put in the garbage can.

• No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner.

• No parties, events, and smoking allowed.

• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.



Long-Term Stays: For stays longer than 28 days, additional fees for mid-stay cleans are required. We also change out linens every 3-4 weeks to keep the property in excellent condition for our long-term guests.

Damage Protection: Your booking includes a nonrefundable property damage protection fee. This covers up to $3,000 in reported accidental damages, subject to exclusions and limitations. Any damage not covered by the policy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Pre-Arrival Form: The primary guest is required to complete our secure online pre-arrival form via Guesty before check-in. This helps us gather your travel information and ensures you are informed of our rental terms and conditions.
