Problems
We stayed in the mellow yellow bungalow as soon as we got to the property. The trash cans were in the middle of the carport one had dead fish in it that had maggots all over. I got sick from just trying to move the can to a managable distance from the house. The main entrance was locked, and we got the code at 4.01. All the sliding doors were unlocked. There were broken chairs outside one that cut my leg and a broken chair inside at the dining table. When we tried to grill, there was no propane or grill bushes to clean it and no bottom under the grill so I placed a cooking sheet to try to catch the grease. The property manager had to bring a bottle of propane. We were supposed to have a beginner package that was included. There were no trash bags I had to fight traffic to buy some. Also, there is only one roll of toliet paper in each bathroom. Then I had to call the manager back because none of the outside lights were working. Once he found the braker box he said there was an electrical problem (very worrisome) with the house so we had no deck lights the whole stay and was dark anytime we went on the top porch. The ice maker in the fridge did not work so he reset the fridge then it started working. Overall i would not recommend this place to anyone and will never stay at one of these properties again. The other frustration was no early check in and no late check out at all. For the price paid there should have been no issues. We have came to Florida for years and it has never
