The resort charges 40.00/night plus taxes for amenities and I’m required to collect this and remit payment to Hyatt. Guests will receive arrival information seven days prior to arrival via email. The email will be sent to the email address provided in the rental profile - please check junk and spam. The information will only be sent once a signed rental agreement contract has been executed and is on file. No access or arrival information will be sent until the rental agreement is signed. Failure to sign the rental agreement will result in guests not being given access to the property.
