The perfect glamping experience minutes away from world-class skiing, hiking, and mountain biking. This 2018 22' airstream sport is the perfect getaway for your outdoor activities.

NOT a hotel experience... but that is precisely the point. Great for a single person or a couple of hippies :)

The Airstream boasts the following----

Sleeping:
A full size memory foam bed!


Heating and Cooling:
An electric space heater is provided with additional gas heating if needed that can be turned on via a thermostat.


Cooking/Eating:
Built in microwave as well.

Brand New Mini Fridge. Perfect to hold your groceries for 2 for a few days at a time.

Double burner electric cooktop.



TV:
We have an Samsung TV connected with an amazon Firestick and we have Fiber Wireless internet.


Laundry Area and Ski Lockers:
》Shared Laundry room with washer / dryer, iron, iron board just in the basement entry area for you to use!
》Shared ski lockers are first come first serve! They are also in the basement entry area. Bring your own lock!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE-
This is a city camping experience more than a hotel experience, true there is hot water, power, fast WiFi, amazon firestick and more. We aim for 5 stars in all categories and our description should please be considered.

We do have a freeze alarm device called Proteus which is plugged into an outlet inside the trailer and must remain plugged in. This device does not record any video or audio whatsoever it only monitor his temperature. This prevents our trailer from freezing please do not unplug this during your stay

GUEST ACESS-
You will have your own private airstream in the front yard of a singe family house. Airstream parking is just right in front of the house! If you don't like the idea being at the front of a single family house in the urban/suburban neighborhood this listing is not for you.

We also rent out the basement on the property and the basement guests have access to the ski lockers in the basement and shared laundry area located in the basement hallway. The ski lockers are first come first serve! Bring your own lock with!

There are 2 street parking spots available.


HOUSE RULES -

1. Extra unapproved guests will be charged $50 per night. You are expected to leave the place as close to the condition as you found it as possible and the housekeeper should be able to focus on general disinfecting and linens, not doing dishes and scrubbing pots and pans and cookware.

2. Please be aware that staying in an RV is similar to camping. In most RVs if not all RVs, it is possible that there will be some semi-unpleasant odors that come from the black water holding tank in the bathroom. This can vary by season, typically if it is very hot outside the smell rises more. In the winter, the fact that it’s warm inside the trailer and very cold outside can make the air move around a bit more as well. It is recommended that you put your foot on the flush pedal and add fresh water to the holding tank and as you add more freshwater the odor will dissipate. You can also close the bathroom door at the back of the trailer to block off that section and let less air through to the main cabin

3. Alterations/Changes: Once you have confirmed your booking, any modifications to the dates or guest count may be treated as a cancellation and therefore be subject to the cancellation policy. The host retains the right to charge for lost dates you have removed with an alteration of at least a partial amount to the discretion of the host.

4. There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE if you are at the property without proper authorization from the host. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth.

5. Quiet Hours are from 10 PM-8 AM.

6. We don't allow pets but very small dogs may be allowed. Please ask your host.

7. There is a $50 charge if you fail to return the airstream key after departing.
