We enjoyed our 5-night stay (November 2019). The apartment is in a nice neighborhood steps from the Pantheon, Sorbonne, Ile de la Cite, etc. There are some wonderful restaurants and shops nearby and there is a small grocery store at the end of the block. It is also near to two RER-B station stops (Saint-Michel Notre Dame and Luxembourg) i.e. easily accessible from CDG airport (no need to take a cab).. The apartment is pretty sparsely furnished with items bought mainly at IKEA i.e. cheap but serviceable. The kitchen could have been better outfitted. We had to buy a pepper grinder and there were no coffee filters for the coffee machine. There is cutlery only enough or two people so forget about having guests over for a meal (unless they bring their own). Fortunately, a corkscrew is provided so some of the wonderful French wines available from the nearby wine shop will raise your spirits to the point where minor annoyances are forgiven. Planning a trip in winter? Fear not, there is plenty of heat and the heated towel rack in the bath is a nice touch however there is no evidence of air conditioning for hot summer days. The bed in the master bedroom is comfortable but queen-sized. The linens are of high quality and there are plenty of them. No shortage of hot water and the shower (no bathtub) is nice although the drain is slow. Maybe I didn't read the contract carefully but I was surprised and annoyed by the Euro 400 deposit demanded at check-in.
