Property Details:

This 30-sqm apartment is located on the 6th floor without an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, mini refrigerator, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



The bedroom faces the interior courtyard and comes furnished with a double bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has an en-suite shower room while the toilet is located in a separate water closet accessible via the hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- A refundable damage deposit of €800 must be paid via a payment link before arrival.

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Saint Germain des Pres is considered the best area to stay in Paris. This famous Left Bank neighbourhood, known as the “Rive Gauche” to Parisians, has been a long time-favourite of intellectuals and artists. At your doorstep you will find a huge array of restaurants, bistrots, cafĂ©s, ice cream parlours, florists, artisan chocolatiers, art galleries and much more! Be sure to shop at Le Bon MarchĂ© and in the beautiful covered markets of Le MarchĂ© Saint Germain. Within walking distance of the apartment are the must-see Luxembourg Gardens, perfect for a morning jog, afternoon picnic or sunset stroll. The River Seine is also within walking distance so you can go to the Louvre or Notre Dame easily on foot. The Latin Quarter is a stone’s throw away with sights such as La Sorbonne and the newly refurbished Pantheon. Visit Le Marais district for shopping and dining on Sunday while the rest of the city is at rest. With its close proximity to Metro station, Saint-Germain-des-PrĂ©s (Line 4), accessing other areas of the capital is extremely easy. Just hop on the Metro to reach the Eiffel Tower, Champs ElysĂ©es and the Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The RER train station Saint Michel-Notre Dame is a short walk away and gives access to Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. *The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible. *In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

The apartment is in a great location with shops/dining/transportation all within a short walk. The apartment was comfortable for the short stay with our two kids. The beds were comfortable. We were told that check-in would be ready at 3pm but when we arrived the housecleaner was still there. Luckily they were nearly finished and we only had to wait a few minutes. We did notice some stains on the bedding. The bathroom is also situated in a strange location. It is isolated in a completely separate, tiny space near the front door. The six flights up to the room was manageable because we only had backpacks. If we had luggage, this would have been difficult. Upon our checkout I asked for our deposit to be refunded. I was notified it would take up to 14 days. After 14 days and no refund, I contacted them again and they finally initiated the deposit, which I have received. Overall, it was a good stay, minus some minor setbacks.

This cute apartment is in the heart of St Germain de Pres. the metro station is around the corner, there’s a market next door, the best boulangerie a block away (Binîme), and so many sites nearby. The building is maintained well and feels very safe. Great to have a kitchen. We had two parents and one teen - perfect size. Less expensive than a hotel, more comfortable. Hope to return one day. Merci pour des bonnes vacances! .

The apartment is in an excellent location, perfect for exploring Paris. Many sights are easily walkable, and others are just a short metro or RER ride away. The area is full of great places to eat and drink. The apartment is clean, bright, and the bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. We loved the glass ceiling, which made the space feel open and airy, and the balcony was a nice touch. The self check-in process was convenient, and the host was quick to respond to messages.
