« Amazing staff very attentive and helpful. The room, the onsen are very clean and well maintained. The food was amazing. Steps from a couple of conbinis and good restaurants. Only slight downside is that it’s a bit of a walk (20 min) or a short drive to Goryu ski resort. It’s a 15min cab ride to Happo. Didn’t find the public buses to be as easy or convenient to use so we used cabs or walk. »

« This facility is suitable for relaxing all the time with big outside bathtub and quiet room. We could stay in safe and really enjoy all of the time. Especially when we were in the 2nd floor in our room to take a outside bath, we were amazed by the beautiful sight of the stars. Although the temperature was so low, I guess it’s below zero, we were so excited to staring at the stars thanks to the hot spring. « La Neige is a great hotel, the staff is perfect, I want to come back, the premises are beautiful, so elegant, and at a good price, there’s no onsen, but no problem, there are options a few minutes away, and the hotel have an excellent transportation service. I definitely want to come back. 5 stars »

« This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! »
