« This property was perfect for a quick weekend getaway with my partner. The place was clean and inviting. There were a few snacks along with coffee and tea provided by the hosts. The bathroom was well stocked. The town itself is adorable with some good restaurants within close driving/walking distance and lots of outdoor activities. I definitely recommend staying here! »

« We loved our stay! It was a perfect get away, being in the middle of the woods with zero noise and a beautiful mountain view. Yet, less than a 1.5 miles from the center of Woodstock, with lots of cozy restaurants and other attractions. The property itself was very clean and well equipped. There was also a pool. « I can't say enough about the accomodations and host of this rental. He goes above and beyond giving gold standard service. He was away on a special vacation and was not only there immediately by text for any ? I had, but provided an amazing welcome basket, guest toiletries, detailed recommendations of restaurants and things to do and a back up # should I not be able to reach him immediately. We were told he even has sleds in his outdoor ski locker for spontaneous sledding at nearby CD lane park....

« After a very hectic several months this was a great place to just be off by myself and relax for a long weekend. Sam and Cathy were wonderful hosts and I had everything I needed. I discovered a problem with the Internet connection that they did not know about but Sam got it fixed as soon as it could be and I was good to go. « Proximity to Windham sold us on this - and we found a spacious unit, with lots of kitchen facilities, great TV with Roku and lots of fun DVD movies to watch. The beds were comfortable and plush. The couch around the TV allows many people to congregate - which we did to play games, etc. There are plenty of dishes, a strong hot shower, but the best feature was the hot tub - a fancy modern tub, is very close to entrance and easy to use with provided bath robes. We look forward to going back! »

The cottage was pristine, fully eqipped, quiet and tastefully decorated. My communication with the owner, Jane, was "easy breezy". « this was one of the most comfortable, easy to navigate vacation homes we have ever had. we used the grill, kitchen had everything you need, the deep sinks made washing dishes easy, (there was a dishwasher. but we didn't use it), windows allowed a 180 degree view of the back yard and forest beyond, where we saw a family of deer. Everyone slept like babies on mattresses that were heavenly! Or was super available and responsive to questions. A hannaford super market is 2.3 miles away. Bread Alone...
