Loft ensoleillé à la montagne

  • Cet espace de studio est hors des sentiers battus, mais à seulement 5 min. au village animé de Margaretville. Pour les amateurs de ski et de snowboard, les montagnes Belleayre et Plattekill ne sont qu'à 20 minutes. Construit en 2015, cet env. Studio de 500 pc est charmant et privé. Vues saisonnières sur le réservoir, boutiques dans les petites villes voisines de Margaretville, Andes, Bovina Center, Roxbury et Delhi.

    Le studio est idéal pour un couple et comprend une cuisine modifiée avec un petit réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes, un grille-pain, un four grille-pain à convection et une cafetière. Belle salle de bain avec douche.

    Lit complet et lit de jour. Les sols en liège ajoutent toute la chaleur de l'espace. Les lumières à intensité variable renforcent l'atmosphère chaleureuse.

    À quelques pas de chez vous, des centaines d’acres de terrains appartenant à la ville et de sentiers de randonnée appartenant à la ville attendent d’être explorés. Couchers de soleil spectaculaires depuis le dernier étage du studio.

    Il y a un chemin privé d'un demi-kilomètre menant à la destination et le rouage intégral est fortement recommandé pour les visites hivernales. Ça vaut vraiment le détour!

The place was clean and comfortable and on a beautiful property. Margaretville was close by and had a couple of good dinners. East branch of the Delaware river is right there with some great fly fishing.

Brian was a good host. He responded very quickly to texts. The loft was clean and spacious for 3. The key code for entering was seamless and convenient. The place had everything we required. The view of the surrounding countryside was great. We were about 6 minutes out of town where there was a supermarket and a number of restaurants. Brian left us nice chocolate treat in the fridge and a 5 gallon water container with a pump. The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor Adirondack chairs were placed on an upper viewing area and had a propane fire pit. We would highly recommend and stay again. Thank you Brian for a great 3 night stay.

The Loft was a very pleasant experience. The scenery was great, and it was very comfortable with everything we needed. It was a very relaxing and peaceful environment, and we would definitely stay there again.

Peaceful getaway in the mountains!

My husband and I really enjoyed a nice quiet stay at Brian and Carmel’s! The studio accommodations were just right for us and offered a great landing pad after some area hiking and shopping in town

We had a great stay, very clean and neat studio. Brian was very helpful with advice and options in the area for hiking, dinning ext. Will definitly stay here again in the future. It's a hidden gem.

Amazing Weekend Getaway

Brian was an INCREDIBLE host! He was super flexible and welcoming. Brian even helped us out with an unforeseen issue and saved our weekend ski trip! The space was beautiful, clean, and relaxing. The views were awesome, too. Truly a great weekend getaway. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Loved it here!

This place was awesome! It had everything you would need and more! It’s beautiful! It had a nice big open space to hang out and chill. At night it was nice to grab a drink and go outside and stare at the stars. The hosts Brian and Carmel are very welcoming and will help you with anything you need, even with ideas for a day out on the town! They care about their guests and it shows. The view of the Catskills is amazing. I spent a lot of time venturing out, but it was so nice to have this place to come home to after a long day. Just book it - you won’t be sorry!

Perfect Catskills Getaway

Often guesthouses are shoved in the back of a property, seemingly as an afterthought, without a view and shabbily furnished. Not here! The 360 degrees views are stunning, the unit modern with a touch of farmhouse charm and perfect for a long-weekend getaway in the Catskills. Don’t miss it.

I had been booked here for 5 months. . 2 days before check in, i received detailed directions to property citing "hairpin" turns, very dark unlit sections, unpaved status and steep ascent requiring some aggressiveness to overcome. I have an older low profile small car. I have an extreme fear of this kind of road and trouble seeing at night. I wrote immediately to state I could not consider using this entry road and had to cancel. The host became quite condescending and insulting. Told me past reimbursement date. (I hadn't even asked for refund ). I answered his questions and i complained that in the 5 months i was booked this was not divulged. He knows this is a property drawback and never revealed it prior to cancellation date. The listing is deficient. His response to me was deplorable. Then his wife got involved and said "we called **** and they said we don't have to refund you". What unprofessional hosts.
