« We stayed at Seaspray Condos. Hosts :Bart, Jeff & Sue. This was the perfect place for a Home away from home. Clean, Tidy and Chill vibes from the furnishings to the Beachfront view. Fully stocked & furnished kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathrooms and porch( Beach ready items). We Absolutely love this place!!! . Thank you very much for making our Anniversary stay special!!! »

« We recently enjoyed a week on Amelia Island and stayed in this very nice 4th floor renovated condo. It was spacious and quiet with an awesome view of the beach and ocean and one of the nicer condos we have stayed in at Surf and Racquet. Just a short walk to the beach which was never crowded. The condo owner was very prompt in answering emails and seemed genuinely concerned that we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. A good week of R&R! »

« Quiet complex. Gorgeous condo. Spacious. Well-appointed, especially in the kitchen. Nice to have garage with beach chairs, wagon. Easy walk across to the beautiful beach. Close to Ft Clinch St Park- an interesting outing with lots to do. We loved our little family getaway! »

« The Mrs. and I needed a relaxing stay on the beach and this place hit all the marks. Location was fantastic and condo was charming, clean and had great views of the morning sunrise over the ocean. Easy checkin and property management was fantastic and worked with having our pups with us. We’ll definitely be staying again. »

« The property was exactly as described. It was clean and had a million dollar view. We were very pleased with everything. The only problem was the elevator. Only one worked for the entire visit. Really inconvenient, as it is a large property and we were on the sixth floor. Otherwise, I would recommend this property. »

The property is well kept and pool, fishing pier, and tennis courts were immaculate. It is an older property but the view from the living room cannot be beat. We hope to come back! »

« Clean, quiet end unit supplied with everything needed. Comfortable beds. The real win was the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean just steps away. A few miles drive to town and plenty of available restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!!! »
