« This was our 2nd stay at this property and our 6th or 7th stay in the Plantation area of Amelia Island. Great place for a secluded beach getaway in Fall/Winter that’s not overly touristed out. The Shipwatch unit is very spacious for our group of 4-5 and is beach-facing. We also like the proximity to the eating/shopping options like Marche Burette. »

« I didn’t want to do a review because I feel like we may have encountered unfortunate anomalies? But I kept receiving notifications. Dishwasher was broken. Repair involved ordering a part, so hand washed dishes all week. There was a fall in the tub, which had a handicapped handle to enter, but no traction/ grip on bottom of tub surface. The sliding glass door had an issue. When it rained the track filled with water & overflowed in to the floor in the master bedroom (so I had to keep drying that...

« Process from booking to checking was seamless.There was a stove issue that Michelle had rectified as quickly as possible.Our weather was fantastic and every restaurant we visited was sooo good! The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans. Beach chairs were great and we chose to buy a body board, noodles and beach toys so we hope others can enjoy them during their stay!! »

« Better than a hotel. Steps from the beach. Ocean view. Assigned parking spot. Grocery shop and pack light as the unit has a washer and dryer as well. Many restaurants nearby. This is our second time staying here and we will be back. »
