I can say the staff was helpful and we were moved to another room of which only had one bed where temp beds had to be moved in for my children. Would I stay again, absolutely not but it was decent for what it was. »

« There was no air conditioning on the first floor with industrial fans blowing hot air around the corridors. I give the front staff kudos for working under those conditions. There was air conditioning on the upper floors but you could feel the heat rising up the elevator shafts. My room had a king bed with sheets the did not look altogether clean on one side so I kept to the other side. The room was large but looked weird with furniture only taking up 1/3 of the room. The other side held a floor...

« L'arrivée surprenante car on nous demande de payer 100$ par CB pour la caution, et on ne nous la rembourse pas au départ !!! Sois disant on aura le remboursement sous un délai d'un mois ( dans les autres hôtels on prend juste l'empreinte de notre CB). A part cela, l'hôtel très bien positionné pour le levé du soleil magnifique et piscine très bien »

« We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Location is perfect, equidistant from Jax Beach and Downtown Jacksonville. Will be staying again when we’re back in town! »
