« Booked a “1 King Bed with Sofa bed, Balcony, Oceanfront (Balcony)” with check in time that starts at 4 PM and ends at 5:30 AM. I show up and the room given to me was a room on the first floor with a balcony facing closed shops and flipped tables. When I complained to the receptionist, the explanation I got was that “we checked-in late…”. There are no mentions of what is considered “late check-in” while booking. For all I know I could’ve showed up at 4:05 PM and they would’ve told me my room...

« Great place! Just what we needed. Nice and quiet. Convenient to Mayo Clinic, the reason for our visit to Jax. Wish we could’ve taken advantage of the pool and outdoor space, but the weather didn’t cooperate. Maybe next time! »
