« The property was in a great location. The unit was clean and well stocked. There were games, cards and even musical instruments. There were many plug ins available for chargers, etc. The beds were comfortable as well. The unit was beautifully decorated and best of all just steps from the beach. It also is pet friendly though we didn't have ours with us...that is a big plus for those of us that are dog lovers. I definitely would stay here again. »

« Very clean and well equipped. Beach towels and chairs were onsite. Kitchen had everything you’d need for cooking in. And lots of seating for our large group. Definitely will return! Beach, grill and pool are a lovely and easy to use. »

« This was our first visit to Amelia Island and we could not have been any happier with the condo and it's location! The condo itself has an amazing view and literally just steps to the beautiful beach! Sunrises were absolutely gorgeous and dont even have to get out if bed to see them! We also got to enjoy dolphins swimming nearby. The condo is very, very clean and had more than could ask for as far as supplies for kitchen, bed and bath. The thoughtful goody basket was also a very nice touch!...

« We very much appreciate the cleanliness of this condo. It was very big and felt like home! The location close to town was also great, as we love to go there. Also very close to the beach. The only downfall, as listed by others is its location right behind a restaurant. We love sitting on a balcony to hear the waves, but we were unable to do this due to the air conditioning noise and smell from the restaurant. We so wish this condo could be moved down the way a bit! »

« This unit is fantastic. Clean, well stocked and simply beautiful. The view is spectacular and just what the doctor ordered after my husband’s hip replacement surgery. Only draw back was the elevator on our end was not working. But we managed. Outside is a little run “rustic” but our unit was just spot on in comfort and design. »

« Quiet complex. Gorgeous condo. Spacious. Well-appointed, especially in the kitchen. Nice to have garage with beach chairs, wagon. Easy walk across to the beautiful beach. Close to Ft Clinch St Park- an interesting outing with lots to do. We loved our little family getaway! »

« This condo is in the perfect location and the view is incredible! There are many things to do and see on Amelia Island and this location is right in the middle of it all. This little unit is nicely decorated and thoughtfully stocked. Super comfortable beds make for a great night's sleep. Having the Keurig was great to make a quick cup of coffee before getting down to the beach to watch the sun rise! We're grateful for the opportunity to stay in this lovely place! Thank you! »
