« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »

« They have a sticker on the bathroom mirror that stated if you were staying more than one night they would change the linens and towels every three days. After the fourth night we had to request service. It is located right off I-35 so there was traffic noise. The breakfast was okay but not great, the coffee was good though. « The only thing we liked was the location. No hair dryer had to ask for clean towels and sheets/towels were not changed daily. We stayed 4 days and the sheets were not changed until the third day. We think that sheets had been from previous customers because when sheets changed on third day, they felt crisp compared to the sheets on first day kind of damp cool. Will not stay there next time if there is a next time. »

« I was very disappointed with my stay. The pictures online are extremely misleading and do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. When we arrived, the exterior looked rough, with boarded and cracked windows visible from the outside. There was even yellow caution tape around some of the grassy areas near the entrance, which immediately gave a poor first impression.
