Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »

The staff was friendly however due to the pool being down and being told from day one it was going to be fixed tomorrow and than on day 5 being told well we dont know when it will be repaired by the manager I felt misled. « They have a sticker on the bathroom mirror that stated if you were staying more than one night they would change the linens and towels every three days. After the fourth night we had to request service. It is located right off I-35 so there was traffic noise. The breakfast was okay but not great, the coffee was good though. Shower head would not turn off all the way and was hard to get to an acceptable temperature. The bar was only open one night while we were there which included a...

« The only thing we liked was the location. No hair dryer had to ask for clean towels and sheets/towels were not changed daily. We stayed 4 days and the sheets were not changed until the third day. We think that sheets had been from previous customers because when sheets changed on third day, they felt crisp compared to the sheets on first day kind of damp cool. Will not stay there next time if there is a next time. »

« Front desk was great,when we arrived and the dining room was very clean. The room wasn't clean in some areas and the price of each item was printed out,if something was missing you had to paid for it.The lady that check us out Sunday morning ,was so sweet and helpful,Wish other places would have people like her (White lady) Ty ❤️ »
